We're teh brawndos of teh forumz.
Sigh...I remember when TJ used to chase all the fake young girls around and iggy would accuse everyone of being part of a T n A conspiracy or something like that. -
Quote:It used to be a lot funnier here. Personally I think Justice got singled out for punishment because the Justice forums got a bit feisty, so somehow we're the ones who got a special sticky and anything that seems too much like entertainment gets the threadsmack.Hah well there's humore here, I see. My main server is *looks around all shifty* Virtue, but I'd like to branch out and try new things. I'll check those global channels out. Looking forward to meeting all of you sometime soon!
Also, thats an interesting auction PG, and nice tombstone for the server ...
I blame [redacted]. -
Quote:Because the forum culture on Justice is extra dead when compared with the level of activity the forums used to/should have? If you poke it and it doesn't flinch, I guess it is dead.1) there be at most 3 other servers more active than justice
2) there be fixed hamidon and ship raids
3) why the obssession with death? other than the obvious?
Justice is like a sleepy back water suburbia with that undercurrent of tension and drama reserved for Wisteria Lane. Kind of apt too since no one even knows if that show is on anymore. -
Um, we have a Philly Girl?
Other than that the server is dead.
Welcome to Justice, btw. Note that it seems like most structured activities here have been replaced by lazy and disorganized impromptu gatherings on the global channels, so Justice tends to look more like this nowadays:
rather than this:
As usual, YMMV. -

Quote:+1. Q has enough clues to find me, he doesn't need a big red X on a map.RealID in the context of an MMO is hands down the worst idea I've ever heard in said context.
As it relates to enri's original post, NCSoft currently has the stalkers 'RealID' information and can use it to deal with this person. The stalker currently does not have his victims real life name. What does real ID do? It gives that information to the stalker, fueling their ability to go after their victim on scarier level.
*hides back under the camo blind* -

Why the heck would the game need a real ID system? Blizzard already backed away from that idiotic proposal and there's nothing that has shown that such a system is needed for this game/forum either. As long as you know how to petition for any type of harassment the mods/GMs have done an excellent job.
No need to change what isn't broken unless you feel like destroying the game. -

Quote:If you mean by auctioning off toons that we are able to strip that toon of IOs and leave it on jackstands then I will bid on you.not sure if we are allowed just one toon to be auctioned off, but I would be happy to auction off DB O'Feelgood my 50 DB Scrapper, and Magnum Feelgood my 50 DP Blaster, as well as Nuprin Feelgood my 50 Emp/Dark Defender.

Quote:Can I vote for JERC then?@*$#$@#)^^$@#$
We are not JERCs. (ok, I have been accused of it, but never successfully prosecuted)
Let's break it down.
Justice - Yes. <3 Justice. I wear my server on my sleeve. (very heavy).
Events - Yes. Well, at this juncture, it's technically "Event".
Resource - ???? Resource? Dan Quayle is a Resource in mis-spelling potatoes. Not sure if that means anything.
Commitee - Please wait, we have formed a sub-comittee to discuss if the proposed name fits in with our charter. Please allow 1-8 years for us to accidently do something relevant to this query. As it is, we have decided that yes, the Lion Voltron was better than the Vehicle Voltron (with enrious' storming off and saying that 16 is better than 5 to be counted as a "no vote"). Thus, we have decided to enlist the help of Mister Gargamel to determine how many licks it takes to get to the center of a Smurf.
In summary, marklar. -
It would be whatever the winner wants, but full teams are usually more fun, as well as faster.
It really depends on who's available. Generally 1 Super Boo will be sufficient to carry a team so if you meow hard enough she might come. -
Eh, I'll do 2 hours minimum of speed running TFs with whoever wins...doesn't matter if it's Mo or not, or even doc Q.
Should be able to fit 4-6 TFs/SFs in there if you want the fast ones, or 1 or two longer TFs. -

Looks like significant pushback from the community regarding Blizzard's intent to require real names on their forums.
CoX should start promoting the fact that heroes and villains have hidden identities that will never be revealed... -

Doc Q isn't that bad, but the getting around can be a pain. The rularuu are really tough, and that contributes to making all shard TFs unpopular.
If you look at the popularity of TFs now, the LGtf vis-a-vis the ITF shows that the ITF is probably at least 4-5 times more popular, even though both can be run within the same time frame, even when the level requirements were the same.
The biggest reason why I think the ITF is insanely popular is that there is very little mez floating around, so it's a straight smash and dash. The LGtf has drones and lots of mez floating around.
Of course the rularuu piles on the mez and percep so that tanks can get caged and it's not uncommon to see a tank running expecting a standard tank and spank but get utterly creamed by the rularuu heavy psi and mez (and phased). This probably makes the Doc Q more of a chore as well.
When I did my first doc Q I think we ran it in about 6 hours...old school classic non quitting...a falling off the edge, frustrating 6 hours.
Before ED we managed to do one in under 4 hours, and now it's easily under 3, with great teammates making the fastest time just under 2 1/2 hours. Still, I doubt I do the doc Q more than 3-4 times a year.
