With Travel Suppression on the mail it will take quite some time to get there, each zip code that the package travels through causes more suppression. Not even next day air can overcome this suppression. You should see your package in a couple of months......but that is calculated without DR factored into the speed of the delivery vehicles.........
-
Yeah I love good fiction, and a good AR/Dev is truly good fiction.
-
It does fine in zones, even though I hate zone PvPing. But if you are on a team and do it right then your debuffs are only on the target long enough for them to get hit and die. then rinse and repeat.
-
I know, people that think that a stalker should stand and FC them.....don't understand what a stalker is supposed to do.
-
-
Quote:um... no... wp stalkers are pretty easy to HP cap. It is not in the stalkers best interest to stand and TRU WARRIR fightklub toe-to-toe trade punches with someone. Their attacks are based on hit and run type tactics. Build-up/A.S./ Placate/ Trow Sharkz/ get back into hide.Based on what I have seened in the past while PvPing stalkers tend to hit and run due to the low HP amount they are given by Level 50, but it comes a time that some Stalkers might want to push it just a bit over the line, Make a stalker than can take a hit or two without falling to the ground after a Assassin Strike, So Point being said, I am in-Search of a Elec/WP build that can live longer than a normal Stalker, Feed back is good, or build ideas, with Powers will be greatly helpful.
Soo don't really know what ya want since it's pretty simple to hp cap one. -
Here is a build. The one I built for live. On test I don't use fitness pool so it is a bit different.

repost and add data link or data chunk, it makes it much easier to look at. But just from glancing at it, I don't like how you have ss and sj slotted, I wouldn't take TF as a matter of fact, even though a pb'd self heal is nice, I would go psychic mastery because a proc'd out dominate is soooo nice as is having tk. You don't need assault, take vengeance instead for a place to slot another lotg proc and another karma kb.
-
not many people use aid self on blasters. For the others it really depends on you. On test for my team build I use tactics/Force and some people use phase/force. On live in zones you mostly see tactics/cold for hibernate and hoarfrost because you very rarely see an emp on a team in a zone.

What does it matter about the animation times, right now there is not a better blaster than a Psi/Em, there are multiple reasons, be it the delayed damage, slotting of the placate proc in Will Dom for a dueling build and it always firing. Just take TK blast,Will Dom, Psionic Dart, Mental Blast, Psionic Lance, Scramble Thoughts and Psychic Focus from the primary and Power Thrust, Build up, Boost Range and Power Boost from /EM and then you can choose between tactics/Force or Tactics/Cold or Phase/Force. There are plenty of threads with the builds below this one just take some time to do some searching they are there.

if they die on a regin then they are more than just bad.....
-
Why dont you d/l test and then you could copy your character there and anyone from any server could FiteKlub you there if they actually wanted to.
-
It takes a pretty good while to switch sides, it is not just a "do you want to be a villian/hero yes/no" type of contact.
-
No, no, no and no. Don't waste your time and influence in building an AR/Dev to PvP with. You will just be disappointed by how incredibly bad it will be.
-
There are a ton of Psi/Em builds posted in this section. use some search-fu and look at them and there you shall find your answers.
-
I can still have some fun on my Rad/Psi,Cold/Sonic,FF/Sonic, and Storm/Psi defenders even though I hate zone PvPing with heal decay, travel suppression, and every mez dropping RI/EF and Hurricane.
But yeah damage spamming button mashing is the way to go if you are going to PvP in zones. -
Quote:Definately agree with this motion.Yeah, I think a number of us have heard that same thing, with the only reason given was that i13 was the start of many PvP changes. We were told that PvP mechanics needed fundamental changes, that these changes would make the PvP environment more appealing to a wider group of players, and that the changes would be actively tweaked until perfected to make way for PvP-related content (such as the return of base raiding/CoP...and we know how that turned out). It seems that they can just pretend like they never made those claims now, because the fundamental changes they made have managed to destroy the PvP community, which comprises the only group of players that will ever call them on it.
At this point, we're struggling to maintain 3-4 ladder teams because, like Jimmay said, new players aren't coming along...because most new PvP'rs would normally start out in zones...and zones are dead because of the i13 changes. I don't ever play in zones any more, because I absolutely hate the changes, and I know quite a few people that feel the same way. If PvP is essentially being abandoned entirely, as it seems, what's the harm in allowing an underling, dev-in-training the opportunity to work with the PvP community and try a different approach? I think most of us (what's left of us, anyway) would be content with that. -
Now Freedom is just soooooooooo laggy. It showed me on a toon that I had logged off of when I did a search.
