LOL this is going to come accross as a bit self serving but DA is my favorite zone, so much so that my hero main's (Psynder lvl 51 fire/fire/scorpion blaster) back story is completely tied to the events of Dark Astoria, so screwing up the story too much is going to kill my immersion on him dating back to beta lol.

Whats next? Is this the big "OH JUST WAIT IT'LL BE GREAT YOU DOM LOVERS!!!"? Or is there something else in store? Im a little "meh" about this. I was still really holding out hople for several new dom sets to round things out. Illusion/Dark was really sounding good in my head but what do you guys think?

Think Dark is gonna be just another port? Or being tied to the new and improved Dark Astoria, do you think it will somehow be tied to the power used by the pantheon??

I cant wait to actually see the footage of the summit so I can get a bigger picture.

Seriously your going to make me have an anxiety attack. Ive been playing this game for 8 years lol what the heck am I going to do if its not hear anymore? Its the only game I dont hate...... im not nearly enough of a loser to be an elf or pixie or whatever lol.

This is a slippery slope devs. Cause I know and you know that you WILL eventually have just about every set up for grabs because people will buy these. They are BETTER than the ones the drop in game which is complete rubbish.

The cat is out of the bag now too so dont do something stupid like nerf the ones your selling in the store, you have really only one choice at this point, and that is to make the set bonus on normal IOs scale as well.

In all honesty the invention system is currently a joke. You cant even take advantage of IOs until your lvl 50 and have farmed everything under gods green earth because the ones you should be slotting at level 30 cost triple what they cost at lvl 50 because the ones at 30 are just plain better due to the fact that they will work for 20 levels of gameplay and the ones at 50 only work for 5.

The more wealthy players or just players at 50 have complete control of the prices and the market, and therefor hardly anyone can take advantage of proper set bonus at a reasonable level.

The most fun I have ever had on a toon was my widow and it was because for SOME reason at that time there were an abundance of lvl 30-35 IOs on the market, I was all bonused out by lvl 35 and it really made the game alot of fun. Instead of the chore of grinding to 50 knowing all the time that you SHOULD be able to get some sets but you cant.

For gods sake do something about this. This is the perfect time to fix this crap. You want to sell IOs and such? Fine. You want to sell purples and PVP ios? Ok sure do that too I dont care. BUT PLEASE, fix this crappy set up. I dont like to compare to other MMOs because I honestly do think that 90% of the time we are better than any of them out there, but this is the first MMO ive ever played where you work your *** off to get an amazing "sword"(io whatever) but you try to do some lower level content charge into battle and realize the sword in your hand has disappeared.

Ill tell ya what I WOULD spend money on. A perma-temp version of a a power already in game. Say a perma WarWolf, or Shivan or .......... ah ....... I dont know, something that doesnt suck ballz.

F reboots and remakes.


First Marvel spends the last 8 years ruining Venom, and now DC reboots my favorite ongoing and I have no clue what they are even going for (Nightwing).

Would it be that hard to make a Mastermind that just so happens to be a complete pacifist? You have your buddies there to do the dirty work for you and all you do is support them and your allies.

THATS my catwomen. They should have litterally just taken the one from the game at made it the model for the costume.

I have to join the "wait and see" crowd. There are some comic girls that I can see being played by "cute" girls, but Catwomen isnt one of them. Shes always struck me as a maneater, the girl in the room with the smokey sensuality that you cant quite put your finger on. Is she hot? Yeah. Is she good looking, yes but not in the super dolled up model way. Shes the girl that even the veteran chick chasers arent sure how to approach. The one with the uneasy appeal to her.

I would have no issues walsing up to talk to a girl that looks like Anne, she looks like every single non-athlete average pretty girl I went to school with. The girl that just so happens to be cute? Nothing insanely breathtaking going on, just your girl next door.

Not Catwomen. I trust Nolan at this point though, im willing to give him the benifit of the doubt on just about anything.

As the title says. I updated my beta client via the NCsoft interface this morning and now when I hit play the screen goes to black and comes up with an error message but no actual message. Just a black error message crash screen.

Any ideas?

Seriously the shoulders and guantlets would look amazing.

It was better than the 2nd but I still didnt like it.

The Decepticon lieutenants were reduced to frail weaklings when they should have been epic kill bill style boss fights.

The fact that starscream was defeated by a kid with a grapling hook and Barricade was basically ambushed by ants just pissed me off.

I wanted to see a final showdown between the rivals on both sides not everyone getting murdered then a bunch of soldiers and optimus wreck everyone in a matter of minutes.

TONS OF SPOILERS: (although its just the same lantern story we have seen 100 times)

I saw it last night and I have mixed feelings for sure. While I could accept RR as a young brash Hal Jordon there were a few times where it was almost too much, Ive always seen Hal as a mans man, one of the only truly "grown up" heroes. I know that he is hard to control, but childish is never a word you use in the same sentence as Hal Jordon (thats Gardners job).

I felt that some of the most important parts of the movie were so rushed that they lost appeal. The scene where the ring seeks out Hal and brings him to to the crashed ship took maybe 3 seconds, and just seemed like it was thrown in to save time. Plus the dramatic meeting of the master GL and the newly chosen Hal just lacked the emotion that it should have had. This scene is pivotal and while I dont think they wrecked it, they should have done a better job.

Hals training was covered in about 3 minutes, and where a simple time passing training montage would have worked wonders and explained his time away they instead gave him a short crash coarse and sent him off to die lol. They completely skipped his time with Sinestro and the growth of theyre relationship and put in a short fight scene instead. I think the thing that excited me the most about this movie was I thought it would be a lot of screen time with Hal and Sinestro building the relationship and making the audience care about him so that when he was inevitably kicked out of the GL corp and came back for revenge they would feel for him and at the same time be a little scorned that he had fallen so far. That being said Sinestro was the standout actor of the movie, every line delivered to perfection. I could not have asked for a better pick to play my favorite villain.

I really liked the take on Paralax too, the former guardian explanation and the broken pillar were nice touches and make more sense than the story we all know about him. Though him being a giant space poop cloud kinda blows, and the fact that NO WAY IN HELL could he ever be defeated like that. If it was that easy they would have done it before.

Also while hinting at the yellow ring was kinda cool, it completely ruined the deep and awesome backround story of Sinestro and pretty much turned it from fallen hero to power hungry disobedient d-bag.

I hope we get a second film and I hope it doesnt take 5 years cause honestly my main reason for seeing this was my love of Sinestro lol.

I want Widow animations that are not punches.

More claw attacky and less punchy.

Especially Slash. It needs an alternate animation badly.

We have the worst secondaries in the whole game........... ive pretty much just accepted it at this point. 7 years and they are almost all terrible.

Getting to respec your secondary would be nice. I have hated my mains secondary for years. The second the released /mm for blasters my theme instantly seemed stale in comparison seeing as how he is a pyrokinetic. I would LOVE to be Fire/MM instead of Fire/Fire.

I have been busting my butt trying to get these finished but its just not happening, I have to be doing something wrong. So far I have run 115 trials and have not received a single Super Rare.

I cant freaking take it anymore. lol. My brother has only run about 40 and has all 4 of his tier 4s completed and has an extra super rare.

What does it mean if I try to make my toons look as close to me as I possibly can? Well aside from Knight Widow......... shes a hawt ninja assassin chick.......... haha.
