Well I cant kill ur regen or ice tanker. Im too lazy to respec my toons into masterminds kill as that toon will be well hard to take down too. So I'm just gonna tie all matches and make the dominmation match long as hell by using blue freezer and Hide in PFF and hope u quit of boredom

What happens in the event of tie in all matches?

Am i allowed to respec my builds for round 2?

Kin/psi is an awesome pve toon but for team pvp I cant see it being wanted, rad/psi works because rad debuffs def so can do without aim, kin/anything else works because you get aim when u want to drain them

It's gonna be a sb and Id machine and debuffer. But when i attack i do want those unresistable long range psi attacks.

You wont have any end issues TRUST ME! I got no end issues on my ice/energy blaster and i have less recovery. That build pwns imop.

Im making a kin psy build for team pvp. Chosen not to take leadership pool. So my question is attacks will be running at 85% accuracy and kinetic powers at 83 % accuracy. I've managed to get a kismet in and to get 39 % accuracy from set bonuses. Do you guys think this accuracy is enough to hit through fort?
Or will I need more accuracy/tohitt

But i was no near of being able to kill him though. SO i'd say a rad/psi will never kill a IO'd up good regen
