You can get kills with just the ice primary though

i'd take scream over subdue, scramble thoughts and the nuke.

think what makes it behind is that one of its big hitters is only dot and makes empaths have loads of time to heal.

you'll want the scream to maximise aoes

take the 2 ends in intergration put two heals in instant heal, take out all the accuracy in attacks and put an extra recharge. FA is enough accuracy

FIre melee is [censored] for pvp, you should try with stone, energy or ss instead
