I havent played any /Inv Brute, but I can talk about SS. It's very good, even better when you have Air Superiority. Some Bosses dont even have a chance to hit me because I always KB them.

Ilfrit, perhaps you should have a list of people interested that are not part of the team. I doubt all 8 toons dont have any of the Badges.

For example, I have Plague Carrier, so someone could be in my place while you get this one.

I believe silent-knight is right. Stone Brutes are the closest thing that Villains have to a Tank, and since Villains have few healing powers, debuffing is our best weapon (Rad Corruptors anyone?).

I've already attempted to do the SF without Warburg missiles and Shivans and guess what: I'm here subscribing for another attempt. And I realize my build is part of the problem since Fire Brutes are awesome at dealing damage, but terrible absorving it.

Another not-so-cool fact about the team we should have: Dominators and Stalkers dont help much against all those Heroes.

I wouldnt say we need a stone brute with 7 corrs (although thats the ideial team for this SF), but we need at least 2 Brutes and 3 Corrs IMO.

Just like silent-knight said: dont blame me, the SF still needs some work from the Devs

If theres still room, I would like to join with my Brute, Promethean. I have only PLague Carrier I believe.

I wont be able to do it Friday too.

It seems all we need to do now is settle the day and hour. Oh! and do the SF :P

The only advantage with SS is that u can get a travel power for 1 extra power assuming you are getting hasten. With TP u can get out of range for a heal within 1 sec (if u need to being dotted, or machine/flame gunned), with SS if you are not being slowed then you have to wait for suppression.

With TP you also can choose TP foe which is quite a valuable asset for PvP & pulling.

Actually in my post, TP stands for Temperature Protection.

I have a lot of experience with Fiery Aura but none with Energy Melee, so you can ditch 50% of what I say here hehe

Temperature Protection is useless. Respec it out. Also, for PvP purposes, Blazing Aura is not efficient: You'll be spending a lot of Endurance for just one target. When I fight Fire Tanks is RV BA leaves them vulnerable: usually with one End Drain from my Electric Armor their toggles are gone.

Web Envelope is a good choice! Now for the other 2 powers slots you have left, I suggest Super Speed and Rise of the Phoenix.

I have a DM/Regen and I'm planning to get Siphon Life at lvl 18 so I get a "heal" in my attack chain. I still haven't decided how I will slot it, but it will have 2 Acc+3(Heal or Damage).

So far my attack chain consists of Shadow Punch, Smite, Air Superiority with the occasional Touch of Fear. ToF is amazing, specially for a /Regen: it allows you to heal briefly while the mob cant attack you.

I will get the Fitness Pool since FA is in my build, so Dark Consumption is out.. Also, Swift is nice as you f´donthave to use Run to move inside mishs. I still havent decided if I'll get MoG, perhaps Phase Shift will be better as I'm taking the Concealment Pool for concept reasons (hey, I like some RP hehe).

I could do it with Fu Leng, he's a level 49 Brute.

Send me a tell in game to get an invite to the Night Stalkers. We are pretty active, like to PvP mostly in RV and do base raids almost every Thirsday against other Villains or Heroes. Recently we did did all the SFs, one per day.

Yep, we got all lvl ranges, and we also have contact with other SGs or players.

The only thing you may not like is that we require you to be on SG Mode because we have a huge Base for raids, and we have to pay the bills. BUT, we help low lvl alts with Infamy.

If you cant find me, look for anyone else and say Fu Leng sent you.

From what you described, I guess the Night Stalkers is the SG you are looking for. It doesnt matter when you are online, but we would like to know you once you join your ranks.

Raids? Yes, every Thursday, against Villains or Heroes. PvP? We run teams in RV regularly, mostlx to lvl, but also to kick some Heroes butts hehe. We runned CoP everyday until it was closed...

We just have one policy: You can have only one alt in the SG at the beggining, and another after you get 100k Prestige. And on, and on...

And what about Darkness Mastery? the only power that seems useful to me in the Body Mastery pool is Focused Accuracy, but Petryfying Gaze looks good...

I just used arbitrary values for the example. But I should have pointed that information.

I'm leveling my first Hero (currently level 8 and having a lot of fun ), and I thought I should ask some opinions about my build and strategy. I learned the hard way that Scrappers are not Brutes (I miss my Fury bar...)

Anyway, I decided that my chain will have Shadow Punch, Smite, Air Superiority and Midnight Grasp, with Siphon Life slotted with 3 Heals and Touch of Fear. Yes, I skipped Shadow Maul. I'll take Hasten too.

I'm planning to get all /Regen powers, except Resilience. Also, Soul Drain seems to good to miss.

Now I have to decide what powers should I get besides the ones I've listed. First of all, is Darkness Mastery any good? What is the Mag of Petrifying Gaze? Is it worth?

What about Focused Accuracy? I dont wanna include the Leadership Pool into my Build. Will I be able to see Stalkers running only Hide (and Stealth) with FA?

What power pools do you guys recommend? Perhaps Phase Shift so I could heal while still fighting a big mob such an AV?

To Hit Value = (1 + Acc Enhancements) * (0.75 + Acc Buffs - Acc Debuffs - Target Defence).

The result can never be lower than 5% and neither higher than 95%. So even with an ultra-mega-hyper Accuracy, you'll miss a bit.

That means that if you havent slotted your attack and your opponent has no defence, and you are not buffed neither debuffed, you'll hit your opponent 75% of the time.

Complicated? I'll give an example:

Imagine you slotted your attack with 2 SO Acc. Thats 66%, or 0.66. Lets say your opponent has SR and got the 45% cap and for some reason (maybe he got Dark Melee) you are suffering a -10% Debuff when you attack. And you have no Buffs.

To Hit Value = (1 + 0.66) * (0.75 +0 -0.45 -0.1) = 33%

Got it?

Another thing: instead of 75%, minions have a base hit value of 50% and Lts, 62.5%.

Just a question:

is there anyone that is listed for Wednesday that is not listed for Tuesday?
