Ok so Issue 20 has gone live so why can I not get onto the test server ,wanted to try out some different builds,but have no wish to do it on my game server,anyone have any ideas or is it Cole getting his own back on me for giving his thugs a good hiding in Pretoria

Ran 3 ITF,s yesterday with my troller,first 2 runs same team 12 shards per run third run done at 7 pm same toon different team 5 shards all TF,s were run for max shards,so all down to random drops I think normally average about 9 per run in the past.

I honestly cannot see what the problem is,ok you have a clash off global name ,people in the EU get that as a prefix does this take something away from the name no all it does is show that you are an EU player.This will explain things when some of the words used by Americans that have a different meaning to the EU words and visa versa.I have 2 accounts so 2 global names,I would like to think they are unique but they may not be First is Professor Radburn second Marshal of Paragon,will these be duplicated I hope not but if they are the EU prefix will not bother me one bit,also would like to meet up with my counter part if they are

Only by insinuation. Pretty sure the general usage of British Isles only applies to the clump of islands off the coast of France that includes England. As I,m a complete numpty when it comes to computers my son does all this type of stuff for me.He downloaded the new launcher and we had no problems from the word go.The following day he came round to upgrade the wife,s computer and put windows 7 on it,then the fun began.Everytime he tried to log into the game it froze on the loading screen,he finally got in on safe mode fiddled with settings and bingo ,works perfect.Only 1 problem tho her computer is now better than mine I would switch towers but they are different,looks like I need an upgrade to lol.

I had this problem myself,but as I have all email,s relating to CoH in a file,once I knew what info they wanted it was just a matter of going to that file the first email I had from Coh had my ID code in it ,and I only put in the code for the last pack that I bought which was the animal pack.I checked my email yesterday and everything as sorted. My suggestion is never delete an email from CoH you never know when you will need that information.

Yes. Eight fake nemesis. Yes, that's one single spawn. (Plus a warhulk and another fake in the *next* spawn.)
Oh, you know that mission where you try to save the Nemesis defector? The very squishy little ranged aggro monkey? Yeah. That was one of them. Needless to say, that didn't go very well.
I don't think I've ever seen spawns of fakes like these. Two? Sure. Fake and Warhulk? No problem. A spawn full of fakes? You have no *idea* how fun that is.
First time we saw it - team wipe. Didn't help that they bubbled each other.
Second time - the escort mission - we planned on my brute taunting and running to let the others get past. Yeah. Didn't work. NPC decided he wanted to solo the spawn.
Third time wasn't bad - two brutes, a dom and defenders make it a bit easier to separate them (especially when you have room to move.) It was actually rather nice working out a plan of attack that *worked* (and quickly) against them. Still, this is an odd spawn, especially to see several times over (and we've run these missions many times, half to full team, and haven't seen this before.)
Wondering if anyone else is seeing anything similar.

I might be wrong but I don,t think you can access the tip missons from Ouro. All other board train missons you should be able to.

Shame on you all for trying to force somebody out of the game. It doesn't take much for people's cruelty to surface, it seems. Nobody is saying you have to like Kendai, but there is a big difference between disliking someone and actively working to hurt them and that is what I'm seeing from a lot of the members of the defiant community, an active attempt to personally hurt a person who they feel wronged them.
I'm sure I'll be attacked and labelled a "crony" for trying to stand up for someone, but I strongly believe that trying to hurt a person, in any way, is flat out wrong and I can't watch it silently anymore. You people should be ashamed.

Is the person trying to destroy CoH with the problems he and his cronies are causing,people are talking about quiting the game.Surley the powers to be should take note of this and at least look into it then make up thier minds as to what to do.If these actions by a few persons are actually damaging the player base,which no company wants they should act on it .I would hate to see this game go south due to the actions of a few idiots and their playground squabble.

Also, I think I saw a reference to it somewhere, but what determines whether you get the rewards, when you start the task force or when you end the task force? For example, if the cutoff is Midnight UTC on March 1 and I start a Sister Psyche task force at 11:00pm UTC on February 28, will I get the rewards? What if I start an Apex task force and finish it at 2:00am UTC March 1?
Any citations, if you have them, would be helpful. I'll add the info to the wiki so that I won't have to ask again when I forget in a couple of weeks.

Dear all, as you may or may not be aware, Defiant Events is now under new management. I feel that in order to start afresh, there must be some ground rules and guidelines that we all should abide by, posted here to prevent any misunderstandings in future.
- Common sense and mutual respect.
- Try to keep one-on-one conversation to tells.
- Casual chat in the channel is fine, as long as there is no event getting underway. If someone is trying to organise an event, we respectfully cease any off-topic talk. If need be, an Operator will step in, and call for the off-topic talk to desist if the event is still struggling to start. Silencing will be used as a last resort, and once the event is going ahead, people who have been silenced will be unsilenced.
- No spam will be allowed. External advertising may be permissable with prior agreement with an operator.
- Should any of the rules be broken by any player on the channel, appropriate action will be taken. However, no silencings or kickings will be given without warning first.
All rules are subject to future admendment, which would be edited here and notice given in-game before being implemented. We are always open to suggestions from the community regarding these rules.
