Soloing the LRSF is the domain of gods, not mortal players.

This'd be better off in Player Questions. But yeah, it's a bug.
Rule of software updates: You can't fix anything without breaking something else. -
I really don't see how a /duel feature could be 'well implemented'.
Given that we already have Arenas in most zones, but are barely used, I think it could be safe to assume that most players just aren't interested in PvP. If two players meet and wanna duel, they can go to an arena, the one in Pocket D even functions cross-server. Open-air /duelling would cause nothing but problems. -
This is why you very rarely see Defeat All missions in newer content. The devs have learned from their mistakes.
-
There is one issue: Enhancements. If you respec from the Fly pool to the Teleport pool, what are you gonna do with your Fly enhancements?
-
The Shadow Shards are already massive, pain-in-the-buttcape zones to navigate that nobody wants to go to. Adding another zone would be just another gigantic waste of space.
A revamp should shrink the place. And make it co-op. -
There any many suggestions that have been posted many times in this forum. Many have not been implemented because they are impractical, pointless or downright stupid, but this is not one of them. This has been suggested many times for a very good reason!
The Team Finder system is already very important these days, and it seriously needs an update. The ability to filter between teamed and unteamed, cross-faction searching, a better flag system, just for starters. -
Quote:I'm Australian.Ahhh the American penchant for imposing your own morals and values on others. If you don't like AE farms then simply drop from the team if that's what they wanna do. But NO I have the star so your gonna do what I want. That's what team means isn't it follow the leader. When I get people like you on a team I just drop. No tolerance for others is becoming a national past time. Are you a socialist by any chance I hear they are big on snitches.

Random question: What build do you think is the most effective while also being cool looking?
It's a matter of personal taste, of course. -
I presume Broadsword or Katana would be useful for that, given parry/DA gives your melee and lethal defense a boost.
Stylish and functional. I like your style. -
I just have my namesake, a Kin/Rad. Just hit 33. Soloing is hilarious.

If said slotted IOs are above the level you are exemplared to, you will lose the set bonuses. I'm not sure whether powers that are available to you or not are affected though
-
Yeah, the trial account restrictions aren't THAT draconian. The problem's on your end, hopefully you can get it fixed.

...dude, talk about DOOOOM.
Most people don't even notice the downtime. -
But... STO mirror universe outfit!

According to PC games, we're America. According to console games, we're Europe. And according to both, apparently we're rich what with the prices they charge us.

Quote:And then they release an expansion that raises the level cap and makes everything worthless, not to mention rendering all previous level cap content obsolete. And let's not forget that until you get to max level and spend hours upon hours every night grinding the same content over and over again until you can finally collect all the pieces of the Uber Awesome Make All The Noobs Wish They Were As Cool As You Armor of Pwnage +Infinity, none of this mass-produced armor will actually match.
Y'know what's so great about this game's UI? I can change it. I can open as many power trays as I want, move around all the windows, and I've only just gotten the hang of making a more efficient UI. Having only seven powers available at once was totally alien to me. -
We should totally make some arcs based on other MMOs. Just don't call them such of course.
-
Quote:Even higher chance of getting AE babies on your hands, or people who quit complaining they're not getting enough XP. AND, the kind of people who don't like the AE are more likely to be turned off on reflex.Decent AE arcs aren't hard to find and there are a lot of them. I don't understand why you just don't stay in the AE building and start one of them instead.
If I'm gonna be doing a MA arc, I pick one in a zone besides Atlas. -
-
If by 'uber stuffs' you mean purple drops, you're completely wrong. Purples cannot be bought with tickets, and thus are impossible to get in the AE except in level 50 Dev's Choice missions.

If we only respec from a certain level I'd like to not have to burn a whole respec for it. Maybe, like, a quarter of a respec?
-
Power customisation has nothing to do with the actual mechanics of those powers, it's all for flavour. That's the way we've always wanted it.
I don't think there's a been a single issue without some changes, major or minor, to powers, enemies and ATs to improve balance, so yes, you are likely to see more changes in the future.
As for how much effort goes into those changes, you'd probably have to ask a dev, and they don't frequent this forum (and are increasingly secretive about new developments, due to complaining). I'm guessing a lot of them involve datamining and taking into account the word in the community, and the changes involves might simply be a matter of adjusting the numbers, or it might be changing the animation, or even re-envisioning what powers are supposed to do and how they can benefit the player. -
Well if you're dying on a regular basis you're probably doing something wrong, but it won't get you banned.
If you feel like you're cheating, you most likely are.
