Originally he was an energy/energy blaster and now he's a fire/dark corruptor. This was my first toon and I can't bring myself to delete him so the orginal nrg/nrg is still around... One thing that I did change though, originally he was set at the shortest settings possible and it was part of his backstory. I got tired of being so puny and changed his height when that option was added and removed it from his story. -

I have to say LJ I really love your artwork. What is so interesting to me is how you don't have these perfect line arts. Your brush/line strokes have a natural feel to them but ends up with so much detail. The cyborg arm here being a great example. It's kind of sketch feeling but at the same time it's not. I know not being an "art" person what I said doesn't make a lot of sense probably but it does to me.

Junior's been in a bit of a slump lately. He drew this a few weeks ago and hasn't been inspired to do too much more. I think it's the end of the school year jitters.

I'd watch that for sure. But did Luke Cage have glowy eyes? I thought his powers were near invulnerability and super strength?

Well I have to say I think the one you went with, Rathulfr, is very cool. It also has meaning to you which will last a lifetime. It really is a design that could come from anywhere. It just so happens you found it in game. I think I was thinking more along the lines of Johnstone's idea. Those are very iconic to the game only. For me it would be like putting a Metroid or even Zelda emblem on my arm. I liked those games and they are still popular but when I'm 50, 60, 70 I doubt I'd care about them. That's all I'm saying is make sure it is something that will mean something to you for a very very long time!

My only concern with a game based tattoo is eventually the game will go away and this will have been but a brief (hopefully) moment in your life. Aren't there other things with more meaning to get a tattoo about?
When I was 18 I wanted a Wolverine tattoo on my leg. I waited and waited, then realized when I'm 50 or 60 would it still mean the same or anything. So I haven't gotten it. I've also designed a few other tattoos and while some would work I haven't gotten them yet. The one tat I have now was done hastily and I have been trying to figure a way to do a cover up for a long time now.
So my point is, make sure it's something you REALLY want and will enjoy for a long time (basically forever). But if you do get one let us see! -

The mask is interesting. It looks like where the "breathing mask" portion sits is actually a skeletal hand. Looks like he would fit in the Nolan-verse for sure.

A friend was asking about how I handled /dark and this is my build. He seems plenty strong enough for regular game play. I usually can run +2/x8 solo comfortably. What do you scrapper gurus think? Where could I improve, and what Incarnate Powers should I be shooting for? Also, if I wanted to switch to Fire Mastery what would you change to handle the loss of end? Currently I almost NEVER hit Conserve Power so it's a waste of a power to me. Thanks!

As far as we know.. Random Number Generator is RANDOM. You may have a few good runs then some bad runs then some mediocre runs.

Why is NBC so determined to kill off this show? How many times have they brought it back from the brink now? Three? Four? This will surely end it. All I can say is whatever they put to replace it better be awesome or my Mondays will be free again.
