Well, Jacob, after doing Manticore with you yesterday I went on to hit 20 (three levels there) in Synapse with my scrapper.

On the subject of the Manticore TF though, may I take the opportunity to point out that as per my original intention I avoided healing you as best I could. Your final tally of "Health Buffs" from me (excluding when you got in the way of any Aura powers) was:

Yay! I thought about making Castagir all black, since my primary recolection of Chaplains was Black+skulls. Lots of Skulls. I shall have to amend him forthwith. And upgrade to the terminator armour too heh...

Gonna go see if I can make a decent looking scout based off my old models (yes, I have one here!), but then I'll be back onto my Chaplain, Castagir.

Teleport is the order of the day - may even get Team Teleport, since I recall such things as teleport systems for dropping in Terminator Squads from the various bits of Black Library fiction that I've read.

Will post a pic up here if I come up with a close enough match, though I might have to replace teh combat knife with a katana build.

I was always more of an Imperial Guard fan myself. Marines always seemed so... inhuman to me. I know that's the point, but they were all samey looking and too regulated. The 'guard were more like the real military.

Plus, go read the Gaunt's Ghosts books - they are absolutely amazing. Mad Larkin FTW (and they are complete ripoffs of Sharpe).

About mid thirties (just as you were passing me in fact) you had a mission (in Founders I think) that was almost entirely made up of PP's in terms of enemies. You harvested them for the PP badge, doing the mission over and over again without completing it, having various people join you for almost an entire day.

I did the mission with you two or three times, during which you rather unceremoniously planted three or four times.

Expanding on Wamdue's post - I think you'd make an excellent scrapper mate. Go do that - you're always in the thick of it anyway, might as well do it non-squishy!

I feel you need to include your despicable farming of that PP mish, getting various people in at various points to splat them all for the badge, and joyously planting yourself in the process at least 4 times (and that's just whilst I was there).
