You know there's another SG for sale on this board and they're accepting Haiku for it.

There are some really good SGs. I'm mostly on Wing Protectors, which is a little over-farmy, but the coalition chat really makes it. There's also a specialized SG that's forming where the theme is that you freeze your tune at a certain level so the rarer, midlevel drops start flowing. Plus, I kind of like the idea of being able to play as a 20 or 30 any time I want without it being one of my experimental alts.

He'd do that Stargate stuff, right?

I have a 36 ill/storm on Freedom which I'd really like to keep put and also a fire/kin in her teens vacationing on Triumph [at least until next week].

I love it when I'm on teams with four or more controllers. Best was six controllers and a tank. It was insane.

The Problem with that level is not much comes up even though the prices are reasonable.

I've kept my frankenslotting of 2 Entropics and 2, I think Volly Fire, for 14% regen, but this is not optimal at all.

In other news, Jingle Jet has the most massive slowdown in combat. I didn't jot down numbers but it is approximately zero.

Yes, a very active server for it's population size. That said, was in Talos and WL showed and there were only six people in the zone. There's usually double that just in the Talos WW where I'm from.

Had a good time. Got in a good SG with a great base layout. My SG in Freedom has crap stacked to the ceiling and makes my new PC have issues with new object loading. I'd expect that approaching Atlas during a CC or in heavy aura combat [which I don't have anymore] but just trying to get to the crafting bench and stuttering is not my big fun.

Winter Event is kinda sucking everyone away from normal stuff on all servers though.

I have moved a lowbie toon of mine from Freedom to Triumph. She's on holiday and, as jingoistic as I am being from Freedom, I was surprised to see people first thing.

I was invited to an SG literally within seconds.

Seems nice. Didn't notice any broadcast spammers in Atlas or anything.

I'm not the best at navigating, say, small blue caves at 90 mph. I ocassionally like to have invisibility with the ability to attack, so running SS plus a stealth happens sometimes.

And SB makes me look like a fool. Who would turn down SB? Some do, but I'd rather smash into walls. As long as I'm targeted I'll turn the correct direction when firing or when the F button is pressed.

But what I'd like is something like..

/bind G "+forward 30%"

Or something like that.

Is there a way to dial down so you aren't always going the maximum speed?

Speaking of poor control under SB, is there any way to crank down the speed on that or on Super Speed.

It's all well and good that I can run 90 mph down a straight road, but when I want to keep SS on with a stealth, but am slamming into things as I'm now only 85 mph. I'd like to be able to slow myself down.

I doubt it, but sometimes I'm amazed at the little tricks that make life easier that the Dev's build into this game.

If you've got a Celerity or Unbound Leap +Stealth I am interested. I'm on Freedom. Even if it's on another I'll transfer a toon over and then back. I have three of my transfers for the week left.

Yesterday one actually sold, a 25 pre-crafted, for less than I had bid on all the others I'd tried to cover.

If I keep up this strategy I need to hold off, triple my cash, and cover every instance. It would take four of my toons to get them all covered.

When I get home I'll double the population...we get 10 slots or 12?
