    Multiple Procs

I couldn't find the answer to this by searching.

I know there is a 10 second limit on procs so that is the most rapid they can go off. But if three were slotted into a fast ticking power, in this case Freezing Rain, would the power be limted to one trigger per ten seconds or would each proc be limited?

That's it. Hope I phrased that OK.

They're Positron -Energy, Lady Grey -Negative, and Impeded Swiftness -Smashing. I've had good luck with the Lady Gray so I thought I'd proc up on my second build.

From FBZ, I use the Pocket D teleporter and then re-enter hero side in KR.
Stay in the road centerline and it's an easy jog.

Oddly, I've had a sniper hit me for 1100ish damage and I didn't die.

As a challenge to myself, I should go in there as a 1 to get the jetpack, or walk it.
  5. cg.

Also good composition of the screenshot and cool costume. Plus, my favorite WW employee. But I don't hang out in SC anymore.
  6. From 1/5/10 Posi:
Some crap I don't remember but will craft and throw in the bin.
Zephyr -KB lev 14, probably craft and sell. Depends on supply. Might keep.
Hammer temp power recipe. Probably stand next to someone in wents and give it to them then run.

Ooh, buddy. Gotta try this agian.

Now, are people saying that using a PB for better travel is not the way to go. I see nothing wrong with it, but skipping that would only add around 5 min. But five min is a long time.

  9. The only thing of mention I got from last nights speed-posi was the level 14 Zephyr -KB. I really expected it to be more poorly supplied on the market than what it is. Only about 40m for it.

I was surprised (1) how effective throwing Phantom Army was to give me time to click a glowy and (2) how many times I'd smash the key for a grayed out power before I stopped and just spammed the only four decent attacks I had left. Man, taking deceive so late hit me.

It was a lot more normal that I expected doing a TF. I've done two ITFs with my 50, but other than that I don't recall doing any others. I mostly just do Midnighters arc and Radio mishs. Geez, I've been doing the radio mishs. Too bad I can't sell temporary powers.

Oh, and I got the Hammer temp power recipe last night. It sells for nothing, and while I'm tempted to craft it, the bat wasn't the cheapest craft and is really sad.

Yep. Where I missed the mark when essentially telling the mooch to "get a job" was the time. I think I could make it in an hour if the SOs didn't run out. Maybe with the tp of a warshade I could make it to the specific stores in SC for a little more off each sale too. Or try, like Fury, to craft, but stick to common IOs in the 30 range.

Oh and Hyperstrike, my phrasing was bad. I didn't mean I defy someone to make more than 55k off Outbreak. I mean to make more in the first five minutes than the 55k, on average, that you make off outbreak. I've had the high numbers come from the inspirations too. Most ridiculous was red side with around 45k and 130k.
  11. If you're a blaster 6.25%s are pretty easy and not gimpy with the Entropics and Positrons. Entropics are kind of weak though but cheap, though at the lower levels they are very scarce, and at the higher levels weak.
  12. I hear a lot of talk.

    Ful got 761k
    Fury got 659k
    I got 644k

    All by doing WW->NPC.

But the talk is (a) skip Outbreak and (b) AE is a viable option.

My strategy was WW->NPC and I think it's probably the best option. And I'm damn proud of myself for getting as close to Ful as I did considering he has, I think, six consignment slots. I had two.

Someone who knows the AE strategy that they speak of please take the half hour and do it. And I'd love to see someone try any version of this and make more than the 55ish K you get in Outbreak in the first five minutes.

That is all. I'm logging in.

[Should I do more radio mish's with Saltier? It's fun to watch my team freak when the AV is in the bank. Lawl.]

But your beliefs as to how this can be done do not belong in the rules.
Amen. Now do it some other way.

I think Bill's vetspec idea might work.

I think the AE people are totally wrong wrong wrong. Solo, a 2 can't do crap there.
  15. Maybe Battlestar Galactica or Lost.

Movies, probably Lord of the Rings trilogy.

I think what would clear it up would be No Teaming.

Or "pretend you're a trial account."

I personally think there's no way to make 2 million in 30 minutes. Fulmens didn't make 1.

Bellen - Doing research as to what mish you wanna do is not cheating. I knew to do what I did. A true newbie wouldn't know WW existed, for example.

Stever - sell the two TOs from Outbreak for 40 each to the NPC near Ms Lib. Put up the Damage insp for a low number and get around 5k for it. The health will get you around 50k. You're good to go.

I don't think of this as a contest that needs limitations at this point. Can someone, solo, pull this off at all.
  18. Yeah, I skipped hasten and took lower damage to get the 25% global recharge. I'm finding that at 25 Rain of Fire is one of my big damage items. I'm not running Herostats, so I don't have hard evidence, but with buildup+aim+rain I can get clouds of orange fours rising up.

Like you, I would skip Ice Sword. I do find it useful about once every hour, but that's it.

I also sacrificed convenience items like SS and Recall Friend to get more in-door performance. At 25, I'm running lots of radio mishs so I have a zero-G pack, self rez, etc. Though I find it odd it wont give me a Raptor, presumably because I have a Jingle Jet. It's not like the Raptor will go bad sitting dormant. I will need to buy one as the day approaches that the Jingle Jet runs out.

I've got an AR/E blaster that'll work at 15. It's on Virtue now as I have more alts than I know what to do with. Four attacks, buildup...

Actually, Hmm, I don't know about this. He's a stealther obviously...but I didn't take Build-Up. She's at level four right now, so no worries.
  19. I don't really think 2 and 3 need to be there. Though I think not doing the tutorial would put you at a disadvantage unless you could get a candycane, which breaks another rule.

Not killing anything I disagree with simply because it neither helps or hurts and is just a rule signifying nothing really.

Bill, I'd like to see the no holds barred vetspec version's total. Mad craiziness.

Erq, buying lev 50-53 SOs for 1k doesn't net enough enh per time. That's why I bid 3,111. Plus, those numbers are easy to hit. The main limitation on this is that you only have two slots at WW and get into the bid, delete previous bid, bid, delete prevous bid, repeat, pattern.

I do this with run, jump, and fly speeds so I know, "Hey, if I stop flying and start jumping, I'll be going 6 mph faster."

Not sure if there's a character that can rack up tickets that quickly at level 2-4.

    You went to the hospital?

Actually, I did in Outbreak the first time I started and I was rushing and didn't move my powers on my toolbars. I self destructed as soon as I entered the door mish [which I didn't do the second time].
  22. Didn't do a screen shot like Fury..and man her toon looks normal compared to my random...but I got 644,451.

    1. 35 seconds of character creation.
    2. Out of Outbreak by the 25 min mark. Dropped Coyote only.
    3. Stayed in Atlas. Sold the TOs and Insp. Bought 50-53 SOs for 3,111 each and sold them for whatever.
    4. paused in flight at one point to answer "How do you get 2 mil in 30 min?" because my character was named 2mil30min. My response was, "I dont think I do."
    5. Buzzer goes off and I'm only holding two more SOs, which would only mean another 20-30k.

I feel OK. But I was wrong about it initially.

Edited to add screenshot which photobucket garbled on the resize:
