Trust me, they sell really quickly. And, if they sold on average every 7 days each, you'd only have a 1:49 chance of getting two on the same day. Two percent. It's really easy to get near def cap on ENFC and have your S/L defense pretty high.
Don't build S/L def. I'll cry. If I recall it's not possible to get what you want with positional. You step all over yourself trying to get good positional.
Aegis = FC
Lots of melee = EN
For def slotting I just use LotG, good bonus and if I do a four slot I can upgrade to a +7.5rech later if I find I really like the toon.

I believe I paid 150m for a level 15 Unbounded Leap +Stealth. That's a good price. Someone will have to part with 240 merits to get you what you need. Make sure they are comparable.
Economy isn't dead. It's just when one of those drop, people craft it because, hey, there aren't any. And there aren't any, because wehn one of those drop people craft it.
If announcing it here doesn't work. Ask in Themarket channel tonight.
What I actually do is do blanket bidding. I don't know if that's really what it's called, but I bid on all of that recipe and/or enhancement in the range I can use it. In this case, you can go from 1-21. Bid on all of them. In a week, you'll have at least one.
I waited a week for one, and in the course of an hour I won two. Made an accidental 20m or so on it too.

I have a pretty poor memory so I do this:
If I am going to craft anything, I will take the recipe(s) and look in the bins for the salvage I need. If it's there, I take it. If it is not there or there is not enough, I buy it and then one or two extra. These go into the bin when I head back to base for crafting.
But, if the missing salvage is crap. I don't buy it.
I usually will not put salvage into the bins unprompted unless I know something is worth something. And that's usually the case if I have it around, as I delete salvage during missions as I get full. I think I can remember what's what.
I do feel the SG's bins are a little polluted with crap, but I don't feel I have the authority to delete stacks of Chemical Formula. Who know's if someone wants that? [actually, I believe we only have one]
For me, it's more about convenience than value. -
Had do do stuff with both my win7 installs but I'm not 64.

The rad/sonic def sounds good, and the only thing I saw and cant get behind is the tank+blaster. It works, but has little synergy.
I'd suggest an ill/rad controller and a katana or broadsword/wp scrapper. I like katana better.
The ill will be able to ghost and even click glowies in the middle of a spawn once she has PA. She needs recFriend to bring the sword to the target, if ghosting. Localman has a great guide on ill/rad. He loves ill/rad and I worry he has a blow up doll of an ill/rad.
Katana is insane when allowed to have the endurance that wp will give. When Ill sends her PA to take the alpha, Katana will be able to do a smack or two from DA and have melee def over the cap.
Rad rather than Kin because a Rad can buff itself. Not sure if PA, Phantasm, can get the buffs.
With that combo, avoid CoT,Tsoo, Arachnos Mu. Dance on the skulls of Council and similar.

The devs changed it. It doesn't work like that anymore. It's only 1.25% now and you can't tint the color of your "pokey" consonants, like K or sometimes Y.
Best thing to do, for technical things, is to post in the scrapper forum. The French one. -

Well, the focus of this thread changed back and forth and there were words words words so I didn't read all of it.
If you're doing energy^2 then I suggest you know how not to irritate people with kb, but I figure you know how. [Walls or death.]
I made this build for a toon I have at 14 or so now. I really dig her and will do something similar.
I have not submitted this for peer review. I'm over the S/L cap so when I do get onto this alt I'll reduce that and have a little more freedom.

Where to sell them once you get 10? In Atlas, the two merchants next to Ms Lib. In SC, jump down to the Mutant Store. In Kings Row, hop up to the merchant facing Blue Steel. In Talos the nearest store is to the east, up two streets, Freedom Corp Crap Store.
That said...!...In Atlas you can go through Vanguard to RWZ and the merchant there will buy them at full price as if you were selling, say, mutant SOs at the mutant store.
There is a limited supply, but when there was a challenge to make 2m in 30 min, I was able to make just over 600k. Twice. That's from the start of character creation.
You can make around 100k on a good day selling the insp you get from Outbreak. Wanting the cash fast gets you much much less. Worst I've gotten is around 9k total. The heal usually gets aroun 50k and the damager gets 5k. Once I got quick sales with a total of 300k.
But, yeah, sell unwanted lv 50 SOs to the NPCs FTW.
Once you have some cash, find a recipe that is much cheaper than the crafted enhancement and become a crafter. I've only made 2.6b that way. And that said, Fulmens is a god. [there are greater though]

Back when I thought I could make money flipping tiny stuff, if something had less than 100 for sale and at least double bidding. I'd set bids to buy all below a low amount, what they should sell for. Then pop them up. Usually bidding 7777 and selling at 77777. Slow money. But I really like the way Temporal Tracers look. -

I think it's odd you're going for S/L and missing. You have E/N def coming out of your ears with the Katana set. And your res powers can slot three Aegis for the F/C. You picked Tactics but didn't slot the Rectified Reticule +Perception anywhere. Reflexes is a tad, a huge tad, late imo. I'd stop at five Doctored Wounds. Considering the cash you're spending, put a fourth LotG and get your Acc. You don't have to be so massively recharge crazy with Katana. Not too fond of the Soaring Dragon slotting. Seems wasteful on the S/L when you're not going to hit cap w/o crippling yourself.
Interesting DA slotting. Also hadn't considered the Golden Dragonfly.
Flashing Steel is good. I wouldn't skip it. Ymmv.
