There is a second timer not that it matters since they drop so infrquently. There is a 10 min drop timer as well so if you get a drop then kill again 5 min later you are rep eligble but not drop eligable.

Honest to Gods, I see people agonizing over rep, and feel some concern for them in real life. If one does not derive satisfaction from oneself, from the quality of one's own work and efforts, and when outside feedback is needed, from the responses only of those who have some valid basis for comment (co-worker, manager, audience, director, loved one, et al). what is the point?
The anonymous responses of a crowd of strangers on the internet is meaningless, for good or ill.
Not everyone is a stable and well adjusted person, also not everyone works or has a positive work environment. As the op stated in a latter post he has social issues so this is a place to be more social without some of the fears of real life. Some people use the forum anonymity to practice their social skills (which is great), some use it to be anonymous bullies or dewshes probably because it gives them some bizare feeling of false power. The later use is pathetic and sad. -

Also during my "A" school training I was temporarily assigned to Las Flores, Camp Pendleton where I was attached to the Navy medical battalion. -
