Looks like a very end heavy build to me so if you are going to keep leadership I would put 1 end red in each attack otherwise you'll be using elude as an end recovery power
Speaking of elude if your going to pvp you have to 3 slot defence its the crown jewell of scrapper powers.
I would also consider talking evasion earlier but its your call.
Aid self also has a relatively large end cost maybe switch a recharge for reduce end otherwise it has large tendancy to take big chunks of your end bar away
I cant really comment of the spines side of things but can impale, lunge, and ripper be a good attack chain, maybe with quickness you could get away with it but I always saw one of the reasons to go spines was the ability to cycle ranged attacks.
Btw I appologise for any speaking, grammar, or nubish mistakes I'm very tired -
Grats mate - had the honour of pvping a couple of times with you, really well deserved.

I found that SR was decent solo low levels but couldnt handle teams without a decent defender. High level with fortitude I tanked +7s on occasions, which makes me feel the defense changes arent really needed
[/ QUOTE ]
:S if the fortitude was slotted with 3 def buffs you prolly could have done it with and SR stuff on

Thats what I did -
Posi always hard glad we managed to finish it

Cant wait for this should be fun
Although what happens if the last 6 are all empaths or something like that -
That would be great make it so much easier for PvP events

So whats next? -
One of the main reasons to go regen is quick recovery which is better than stamina. This allows you to run more toggles such as tough, leadership, focused accuracy which is near impossible on a SR toon.
Also worth considering is that PVP builds usually go for high accuracy which means that generally defence based stuff tends to be weaker, although taking aid self makes a big difference. SR has some nice powers including click mez protection (good against toggle droppers, less of an issue with i7 but also runs if you have no end) quickness (mini hasten with some resistance to slow), inbuilt +perception form focused senses, and of course one of the best powers in the game in elude.
Spines/Regen or Spines/SR will both own in pvp so its down to personally preference which one you pick. -
I'll like to bring my little kineticist Agent Panda
