    Rad/Rad is not so good on soloing imho, you don't do much damage, your debuffs on cost you way too much endurance to let you use many attacks and plus you have only one self heal, which is not that efficient.

    Would agree with that, although mine is a rad/sonic. I think one of the problems is that I don't feel I have enough slots to put onto my attacks [at lvl 30] so I really struggle to do much damage. Soloing is slow and pretty boring... I'm hoping things will take a turn for the better once I have some slots on my attacks between now and 35 and then I can solo again.

    I found mine a joy to solo by lvl 22 I could solo invincible missions without insps. Despite slotted debuffs I found I had the slots to go 1 acc 3 dam on my 3 single target attacks and with aim I was flying through missions

    Thanks a lot for your feedback! I was unsure about Integration and Acrobatics, since some say the latest is better, but I'd rather give credit to the forum people , so I will skip Acro and take Int.

    The Medicine Pool I need for RP reasons, the character is a surgeon so it makes sense that he has the pool. But I could maybe take Aid Other and Stimulant, taking out, from philospher's proposal, Challenge (redundant with the fear pool) and Hasten (too much out of character).

    You cant drop Challenge without dropping the Fears maybe drop Hasten and Resilience if you really want both but maybe just one of them will be enough to satisfy concept reasons?

    - Integration is such an important power beats acrobatics in every way possible.
    - 2 Accuracies are more than enough in most situations so recharges/end reductions would be more use in them.
    - The presence pool was underslotted: both fears need accuracy checks and at least the AoE one needs durations otherwise it is pretty much useless.
    - Weapons mastery is propably the weakest Epic pool (in PvE) but if you going that route for concept I would pick up the AoE and slot them both for damage.
    - Aid self is pretty useless on a regen Hasten and Exploding Sureiken would be of much more use.
    - For Moment of Glory only 1 resistance SO is needed to cap it.

    Yes, giving you double Mez protection for the duration that both PBs are active.

    Not for PvE, unless you're fighting heavy Mez groups.
    It's not needed much for PvP either, but it helps and gives SR an edge over the other scrapper secondary sets.

    2 recharges are usually all you need, and then you have Quickness, for it to be perma.

    Crane kick knocks things back then you got Eagles Claw if you want to stun it there is no use apart from stacking stuns on bosses

    Energy/Cold

    My mate is leveling an Energy/Cold as is only taking Energy Blast, Power burst, Aim and Nova. Not really worth taking anything else except maybe the snipe if thats your thing Havent had much experience of Cold but you could do worse than take all the powers at a guess

    I moved hasten back as even without it your end will be terrible

    I wouldnt slot BiB for range 2 Acc 3 Dam 1 End or Rec if you want range get on the RSF

    You want divine avalanche asap its a great power which makes you much stronger than any tank at that level Low level it also does reasonable damage so theres not much point getting gamblers cut.

    I personally find Aid Self much more useful than the passives and slotted with 2 interupt reduces it can be used even with heavy DoT.

    Once you get FA slotted its probably worth taking out the second accuracy and putting in a recharge or end red as required.

    I've dropped BFR as its activation time is too long so as a second hold I've got the epic one from Mu mastery, this also gives you access to the epic shield

    I've delayed hasten to allow you to get stamina at lvl 20 and speed boost, most of my experience on mine is duoing with various brutes you'll level so much quicker with SB

    If you want to take hover I would slot it 3 speed or not both at all.

    I'm intrested by the teleport foe + ice storm + siphon speed combo could be very evil

    Not sure how much usage you will get from repel but I must admit I've never taken it.

    Lightning reflexes is a 20% recharge boost whereas Hasten is 70% so its still worth considering.
  19. Definately get tough as it will increase your resistance to S & L by 50% - up from about 40% to about 60%. Then taunt if you see yourself more of a tank if not definately hasten.

  23. My Em/Fire is awesome in Warburg Build up + Fiery embrace + ET takes 70% of a squishies health away then Total Focus finishes them off

    I would take out temp protection as its probably the most useless power in the game so take hasten at lvl 10. You'll also want Super speed in Warburg so I would take it at lvl 30 and wait until the 40s for burn.

    Barrage isnt great but there isnt alot else you can take taunt or ROTP, wish you could have a 5th power pool really I found the presence pool of great use (for the fear) but its up to you whether you want to swap it for tough.
