I'm glad you like it Suichiro. I almost made the cook a pile of ash on the floor, but I thought it would be a little harder to figure out what happened with just the one image to convey the story. Rest assured, he went up like a roman candle 2 seconds later from all the grease that was on him from the deep fryer and grill.

Hmm, I'll have to mull over who I want to draw Derek, but in the mean time, here are my 3 characters:

1. Pep Rally - inv/ss tanker - a perpetually cheerful and bubbly cheerleader with an indomitable spirit

2. Irish Lass - BS/SR scrapper. Irish-american who returns to Ireland only to find she is the heir to a magical sword, and healing emerald. She is trained to protect Ireland like her ancesters did. Very sassy.

3. Fenris Harlock Were-bengal virus infected former captain of the space pirate ship, Vomitous, who's perpetually searching for the Rikti who caused his crew to mutiny, and leave him stranded on earth. Nearly fearless swashbuckler type captain. Feels dejected lately after losing his ship and crew.

The bios and pics for these can also be found in my Sig, along with some other heroes. I you see any other heroes of mine that interest you at creyindustries or in my photobucket account, let me know and I can give you more details.

I do that when I watch hockey sometimes, and the season just happens to be starting this week It's just that Star has been a slave driver lately, forcing me to play my scrapper Fenris while trying to watch hockey. I suppose I could learn to draw with my feet, so I could do all 3 at once!

I also haven't seen Conan in a while. I'm lucky if I can stay up for Jon Stewart, and Steven colbert when I have to get up for 5am

Thanks for the responses, gang. I knew I could count on you. As for his legs, they are pretty Ginormous with that armor on them. Here is some background on Freeborn, and some pics.

Free was shot in the leg and arm, but seems to be making a quick recovery. Only time will tell if he has any permanent nerve damage, but he's doing good. He was one of the soldiers in this news report.

A fellow member of the legendaries SG, Freeborn, was injured while serving overseas, so I thought I'd make a pic to cheer him up. He's a energy/fire blaster. This is what I've got so far. Critiques please.

That is kinda creep DB, but at the same time it's also kinda cute. Your lines are far too clean, smooth, and curvy to be too scary. You also really know how to make a pic look 3 dimensional(except for those cutting instruments near the bottom where you switch from a front view to top view, but It looks like you did that on purpose for artistic reasons).

I really like the hanging legs, and all the detail around the poor DB plushie(not that I think about stabbing DB or anything )

Amazing job once again! The whole sketch is great, but I find myself staring at that ball of yarn. That is like the most perfect drawing of a ball of yarn I think I've ever seen!!

I just have 1 gripe, and 1 question.

Both sketches are fantastic DB. That first one is in no way craptastic. I love the little DB drawing.

In the second one, the only thing that bothers me a little is his right bicep seems to end a little high into his shoulder. It looks like he is flexing, but to me it still seems the line is a little too long. Other than that, its ZOOOMMMMGGGawesomefabulosoincreditastic!!!! I always love how you do the borders as well.
