    Thanks all for the great run. I was hoping for a blaster or 2 for some boosted damage.

    And I had 1 of the 2 deaths pulling the generals down in the 3rd mission. Unfortunately ran into the ambushes. I was too far from all the crazy buffing that we had.

    Okay, had some time to think.

    A couple of questions.

    For the soul drain suggestion, how would that feel on an AT that is supposed to be at range and having to hit in melee first? Would this even make a difference at all?

    And, just for flavor, would cloak of darkness work in this set? Devices has cloaking device, so a stealth-like power exist for blasters. I know there is some difference from what I have read (CoD, res to immob/+percept that is not in cloaking device, but both have a +def all).

    But if we ever got dark/dark blaster sets, it would be the first time I ever took time off from work just so I can instantly log on after the issue is released and roll one of these up. Yes, please dark now!

    Welcome!

    Also, a few other points to consider before going to the other servers.

    Look into the sections below for the specific servers, like Champion. You can post, indicating a new player and seeking out others for any particular time of day or location.

    There are also global channels, which can give you access to a lot of the activities going on for a server. Again, check the specific server you want and see what is available.

    Check out Atlas Park also. In my experience, it is picked more often that Galaxy as a starting point.

    The vast majority of the game are in instanced missions. So you will not see a lot of toons running around. Again, using the broadcast and global channels. There is also a search function (/search) that you can flag yourself as looking for a team or see others looking for teams. Don't be afraid to ask! Lots of helpful/nice players out there.

    I keep paying for my subscription. I get vet rewards. Another player pays his/her subscription, and gets vet rewards. How is that not "cleaner, more balanced"? EVERYONE that pays get rewarded.
    And what about the players that have waited months to get their rewards? This would not go over well saying "too bad you waited!"

    And lastly, Forbin_Project echoes my thought exactly that players would just cherry pick the powers and the rest of the rewards would go wasted.

Probably going to be in Cim a little after 9 PM EST to start setting up since I don't know who is bringing what yet and may need to broadcast to fill. Get the word out too!
