I would right-click and Check for Updates. Most likely you will only have to finish downloading the current patch, which is small anyway.
-
Do YOU want to tell Chewbacca that?
-
After Habashy and before Thierry you need to do Sondra Costel or the rookie cop, or you won't get Thierry's arc.
-
1) No.
3) Yes.
4) Yes.
2, 5) As long as the rank below Super Leader has permission to do so. -
If it's that important to you, you should check the character creator before making a purchase. Live and learn.
-
I don't know. I copied and pasted what you wrote with the file path you used, and the menu comes up for me.

Fighting an enemy faction that's involved in a zone event heroside (clockwork in KR, cabal in Croatoa) will prevent the zone event from starting.
-
Skynet traveled back in time to make sure that Sarah Connor and Dr. Silberman meet at the Fish Under the Sea dance. It told them its name was MARTy. They were so impressed that they later named one of their AIs MARTy, changing history.

Yes. The first option will be unselectable and will read something like you have to be a hero to choose this. The rest is the same as if you were a hero.

Actually, you can have Statesmashers in Paragon, as long as they pick the title in Praetoria and leave it completely alone in Paragon. It's only switching between red and blue that clears your title. That might be a bug, maybe gold titles are supposed to be cleared on side switching, too.

It presumably could be put back the way it was at level 15 by visiting a trainer and choosing a title, which includes the independent options of no title and "The" so he could be The Pernicious Prince of the Whales, or just The Prince of the Whales. I haven't tried that. It was just a bug test, he's still level 2.
-
I made a Praetorian character named The Prince of the Whales. On choosing to join the Resistance my name was immediately changed to Prince of the Whales. I seem to have left an article behind in the subway station.
The same thing doesn't happen if I choose Loyalist. It doesn't happen in the Galaxy City tutorial. Entering an instance or a city zone neither reverts the change nor causes it on a new character. -
Yes, Preemies that have unlocked Celestial Armor can wear it.
-
It's the character that doesn't have access to the Seismic Path Aura (which can't be claimed in email in any event) that had to zone before Fly came unstuck. I think the character that got Fly normally did claim other Vet rewards, though.

I had City Traveler before Issue 21, so i could take a travel power at level 6 if I wanted to. I can take them at 4 now, as intended. But with my other account that doesn't have City Traveler, when I picked Fly at level 4, it didn't appear in my tray, and I couldn't add it from my Powers window. Other people were mentioning having that same problem, which is why I happened to try it tonight.
I thought perhaps zoning would fix it, and it did. I went from Atlas to Kings Row and the Fly icon appeared in my tray. -
I had that issue this morning on Exalted, with Harris's Legacy Chain runes to be exact.

Quote:This or something similar is still happening when Helmet Detail 2 is selected.Something I didn't see listed in the known issues and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced is under costume bugs:
Lately, the zoom in feature is wonky. Like if I have face selected and hit zoom in, I hear the usual sound effect and the zoom button turns from a + to a -, but it doesn't actually zoom in. Then when I go to, say, bottoms, the model will zoom in on the face. -
I captured:
Typhon
Audacity
Laufey
I did not capture:
the Guardian of Time (not surprising, but the Time Guardian was available)
Hiawatha (had to call him King Hiawatha) -
Neither one! In 2077 they will forget to update your account and you won't be able to use your IO sets.
-
I've seen them in Bullet Rain. I think I've seen them in Kinetic Melee powers as well.
-
There is also a Barbarian Warhammer.
The Barbarian Rugged boots are one purchase to unlock for Male-Female-Huge.
The Barbarian Iron Shoulders 1 & 2 also fit all three body types. -
Actually the requirement is to be high enough to enter Ouroboros (or perhaps high enough to do Mender Lazarus's arc) If you are 25 currently, you can start a flashback with a pillar in your base. You don't need the badge.
