They used to be Tier 9, not VIP. So if you don't wait for the tooltip to pop up, it's possible to buy something else by clicking where you think the packs are, instead of where they are.

Refraction effects continuing after you turn the graphics down sounds broken, and should be bugged if you can repeat it.

They sound like the original effects from Beta to me, mistakenly reactivated. Players wanted louder impacts, so we got the steel drum band.

I've missed a lot of 30-50 arcs lately, maybe from doing more TFs. Anything from Crimson or Indigo, the Brickstown arc where you find the connection between the Lost and Rikti, and that one detective in Founders who's almost a Rikti.

I had her remain visible, but untargetable, and attack me recently.

When I created my main gadgeteer blaster, there were only a couple of bandoliers and one or two tech goggles. He wanted a HUD and a tactical harness. The Stealth Chest Detail, Maverick Goggles, and Rocket Boots completed his costume, at least until the new mecha and sci-fi backpacks come out.

Archon, my Thor-homage angel is just a giant winged man with a helmet and a big sword. He was very happy when the Vet Angel Wings were added.

My first scrapper is still waiting for a proper sleeveless Chinese dress, but was able to get much closer to the look with the female Tanker Top with Skin.

My Robot Pirate Ninja Master still lacks a proper swashbucklin' sash, but the Circle of Thorns belt is fairly close to what I originally pictured. The Techbot chest also improved his look. I will have to test some of the Mecha Wings on him.

I had the same issue, also in XP SP3. I got it to launch by double clicking the program file itself instead of the desktop shortcut I'd made earlier. So I deleted the shortcut and made a new one. I don't know if that helps at all.

All crafted items in my base were placed by j☥h0U' and cost 10,312,445 also. I think it's been that way for quite a while. I'm not sure how long, but a few issues at least.

It's the popup power tray for temp powers, kheldian forms, and whatnot that isn't live yet.

I've tried the Blazing Path Aura, but the effect remains below you when you move into the flight pose, so it no longer comes from your feet.

One of the Prestige Sprints looks kind of like a firework, maybe that will work. Or you can craft Rocket Boots if that fits the concept. The first option is a Paragon Reward; the second requires the Invention System.

Actually, they did create a new version for the echo, but they also removed the contacts from the old Galaxy.

I did the mission recently and couldn't see a waypoint. I remembered about where the cave was, so I was able to complete it.
