  1. Mission accomplished! In mid-November, we set out to create a Super Group like no other. Sure we have events, forums, active chat channels (we choose Yahoo Voice) and a rotating roster with roughly 100 (yes! 100!) heroes. But most importantly, we have managed to create a feeling of family and team together so often its odd when we don't. Most of all, we just like having a great time. We just broke the top 25 SGs on Victory - in less than three months, mind you but we are still looking for people who want to be recognized for what they are - heroes! If you think you might enjoy beiong a part of the Heroes Inc family,

What can we offer you at Heroes, Inc.?

A chance to prove your mettle with some of Paragon City's finest heroes. We offer a rich character experience. For example comics have been and are currently being produced by our members about their game experiences. And instead of hunting around for advice or tools, we offer our experience to our members without a moment's hesitation. Best of all, we are a leveling friendly cooperative supergroup. This doesn't mean we power level everyone, nor are we opposed to it. Instead we allow each hero to enjoy the game as they please and we participate as much as we can together. We don't just have a select few that hang out at security level 50 and expect you to find your own way in the world. We invite you to be a part of the team. So come aboard and see if you like being apart of Heroes, Inc. What have you got to lose?

    Code of Heroic Conduct

We expect our members to embody the attributes of a hero. The list below is not exhaustive but a minimal set of standards we hope all heroes will abide by.

Remember the human behind the mask

It is easy to forget the feelings of your fellow heroes especially communicating through the“mask” of game anonymity. Which is why it is a requirement of all heroes to remember, “If you would not say it or do it to that person's face, then do not do it at all.”

Respect other heroes in all ways

We must all work together and we all have agendas and big plans for our future. Respectful heroes get ahead faster and with better company than disrespectful ones. For example, respectful heroes do not run off and get their new power the second they leveled as it can leave your fellow heroes in the lurch. Nor do they join a team and keep them waiting while they spend ten minutes sorting out enhancements. And most importantly, do unto others as we would have them do unto us is not as important as doing as a hero asks, especially if that hero is trying to lead your team.

Make yourself and Heroes, Inc. look good

What you wear and what you say, just like your civilian life, reflect on your character and ours. Not everyone can be funny and charming and write well and create a perfect costume and no one expects all that. What should be expected , however, is for everyone to do their best to communicate and appear like you belong in a heroes uniform. Be pleasant, polite and non-argumentative to other heroes. They've earned your respect - lets earn theirs.

You are an expert – share your knowledge

Everyone is good at something and usually multiple things. Heroes, Inc. prides itself on its friendly, helpful heroes. If someone needs an answer and you know it, be the first to respond. If someone needs help, be the first one there. Obviously, you can't stop in a mission to write a long response to someone but be on the edge of your seat to share your knowledge and make the world a better place.

Be forgiving of other heroes faults

Everyone was a rookie once, so when someone makes a mistake, be kind. If its a minor error, you may not want to say anything at all, these things usualy work themselves out as that hero learns more about the game. If you do decide to help, do it in that spirit and always do it in private. Give other heroes the benefit of the doubt and always assume they just don't know how to do it correctly yet.

Finally we have some basic standards of acceptance:

You must be 16 to join Heroes, Inc. or be invited by an officer. In all cases, a minimal level of maturity is encouraged.

You are encouraged to install Skype. We prefer a more natural chat environment and Skype is free to everyone.

Participation in game and on the website is highly encouraged. Teaming within Heroes, Inc. and participating in events, forums and polls are a great way to make yourself known to all the other members and prime you for leadership opportunities within Heroes, Inc.

Your probationary period ends right now! We do not penalize new members with the threat of termination, instead we welcome everyone who thinks they will fit in. Should you choose to leave at a later time, we will wish you well and even welcome you back, should you decide to return.
