There's a log you can check to see where you placed it and who removed it. You'll just have to check the log for each bin.

What happens when you change your signature?
It's better to post the actual link, just in case. -
ATI makes great video cards, that just happen not to play well with CoX.
Nvidia makes video cards almost as well, that just happen to play well with CoX.
A high-end card from either manufacturer will be sufficient for almost anyone.
However, specific needs/uses of the individual will influence which card is better for your system.
For your system, it sound like you need a better cooling system, not so much a better card. Or, it might be over-clocked a bit too much.
But, I don't really know anything. -
You get one; be grateful.

But, I'm using FIOS.
Should I post specifics? If so, how do I get the right ones for review? -
Something has changed, either in the ATI updates or the CoH updates. I have no idea what, but I get a lot more lag than I used to get this time last year. I know that it's not server side lag, since my teamates don't seem to have the issue.
-
Did someone say "static team" (and actually know what that means)?
Yeah, I'd be totally down with that. Or up for it. Well, whatever lingo you kids use these days.
I'm thinking that I'd like to play a Crab Soldier. Actually, VEATs work great in a team setting. Not that you'll let me play with you guys, but 'm just sayin'.
(Plus, everyone could explore the VEAT missions.) -
When I was a kid, all that macho dad stuff made me laugh and their daughters rebellious. Never make a threat that isn't even believable. Not even the dumb kids really believe that you'll shoot them for fooling around with your consenting daughter.
As for kids of my very own, I have one or two. Usually two.
I guess it's time to head down into the basement and check. -
I have "Celerity Girl", but I'm not giving it up.
You can have "Celerity Lass" though. -
Does using TweakCoH violate the EULA in any way?
-
I tried this, replacing both fonts with Times New Roman.
Although the font in the overhead chat bubbles appears changed, I don't see a change in the chat windows/tabs.
Am I doing something wrong, or do the chat windows/tabs use a different font? -
Will the weapon graphics work with temp powers and/or veteran powers?

But what's clear from this thread - and from many, many posts - is that bases are "too expensive". To me, that's interesting (as it is to the Serious Games crowd). Costume changes come with a minimal cost that no one really complains about, but we complain about the costs of bases.
[/ QUOTE ]
I haven't complained about it, but I would like to point out what may be some key distinctions between bases and costumes.<ul type="square">[*] As a character advances in level, they get to have more than one costume choice at a time. A character only gets one base and that's to share with the SG.
[*] A character only has to pay for the costume change once, when it happens. Maintaining a base means getting a monthly charge.
[*] Costumes can be paid for with Influence/Infamy, which gets easier to acquire as a character advances, and which can also be donated by a kinder, richer character. Bases require prestige, the gathering of which begins to inhibit a player's Influence/Infamy acquisition as level accrue, which in turn makes it more difficult to afford Enhancements that actually do affect game play.
[*] There have been several tokens granted over time for players to make a free costume change (Thanks!). Bases do not benefit this way.[/list]
I think that those distinctions are important ones. If each character had a personal base to which they could openly invite others, even if it is entirely cosmetic, then a more direct comparison could be made with costumes. -

Say what? Yeah, but "nop" is like nothing, it's not like you bind nop to 2 keys and then it tells you you you alread yhave it bound twice when trying to bind it again. You mean when you export it shows all the keys set to nop? I havent't noticed that.
[/ QUOTE ]
Yes, it will show all the keys that have "nop" bound to them.
This won't matter for most people, but there is an upper limit to the number of keybinds you may have on a character. (I think that it's 272 binds.) Anything that has "nop" bound to it will count against that total. -
[ QUOTE ]
To clear all current bindings from a key use the "nop" function.
There isn't a way to unmap a bind to a power.
You have to unmap the key.
[/ QUOTE ]
You can't unmap the key either. You can only bind the key to something else. Using "NOP" binds that to the key, but it doesn't actually leave the key unbound. -
[ QUOTE ]
The in-game items costs 9.99. You will not lose any of your current in-game items - it doesn't erase your Hero Gear Kit purchase, for example.
[/ QUOTE ]
Might you eventually release the in-games items from the Hero Gear Kit as a stand alone purchase also? Maybe even as a combo in-game only purchase with this offer? -
As noted in the Meet & Greet Thread:
I contacted Neutral Ground in NYC.
They have graciously agreed to reserve their gaming room for us that day!

Date: Saturday, August 19, 2006
Time: 2pm - 8pm
Location: Neutral Ground, NYC, NY
Cost: (See below)

I'll be bringing some games to pass the time as we meet. Others can bring somethig, or of course, buy something at the store. Also, there's nothing stopping us from moving the party afterwards to a local bar-type establishment or restaurant.
To use the room will cost $.50/hour/person. They'll keep track of everyone's time seperately, and yo pay when you leave. Thus, it would cost a whopping $3 to be there for the entire event, which is less than the round trip subway fare to get there.
(Send me a PM if you *really* can't afford the $3, but could otherwise attend.)
They have agreed to make sure that their computers have both City of Heroes and City of Villains loaded, in case anyone wants to login. The cost to use the computers is $5/hour/person. Or, you can buy time for the entire day for $25/day/person.
(Yes, the "/person" means that people can't share time.)
As for the times, the store will certainly welcome people to show up early and/or leave late. I just thought it would be helpful to list 'official' start and stop times. -
That's called a Macro. It's created the same way as a bind (using "/macro" instead of "/bind"), but I don't think that you can load or save a 'macro file' like you can a 'bind file'.

[ QUOTE ]
Still not sure why the binds are not being saved.
...
Not understanding though if I had one text file with more than 280 binds in it why it would not save.
Are you saying the fill will not load because it is too big?
[/ QUOTE ]
No, I am saying that you get a maximum of 280 keybinds, in total. The servers will not store any keybinds past #280, no matter what is bound to those keys and no matter how you loaded the keybinds.
You can, however, change a keybind as much as you want, and the server will store the change. *This is what you are doing by rotating your keybind with different TXT files.) -
[ QUOTE ]
interesting. are you loading your binds from in game? or are you loading them from a text file?
[/ QUOTE ]
LoL
With almost 400 binds, I was definately using a text file. But, either way, the limit is still there, and blanked binds stay there as blanked binds.
I discovered all of this by loading the binds (which all worked when loaded), logging off from the game, logging back into the game, and then saving the bind file as it existed at that moment. No matter how many blanks or duplicates, only 280 binds got saved.
