Okay, from my experience with TA, some of the powers do use a fair bit of end, but have room to be slotted with end reducers (Disruption Arrow being a prime example).
So: Don't take stamina, but slot major powers quite hevily with end reducers.
Or: Take stamina. In which case the most leave outable power is Poison Gas arrow. I would leave it out anyway. other powers a MM could drop are Ice Arrow, Glue Arrow (the controls), or Flash Arrow.

EMP Arrow is Hold, EMP (blaster) is disorent.
-
The damage and end drain on the controller version of TA is poor, but the hold is good. AOE is large and the power is acurate too.
For a MM I would expect the hold to be less, but I would still consider it as basically a hold power. -
You need Hoarfrost. 6 slot it and use it often. You probably want hibernate too, but you might not need so many slots. Put Taunt duration enhancments into CE and Taunt so that you don't loose your agro to quickly.

Yeah, the purple triangles are the problem. Native EBs are a pushover.
I think purple triangles is a power, and powers don't change when the AV is converted to an EB. I certainly met one AV who didn't appear to have the purple triangles and I was able to perma-hold. I suspect they forgot to add the power to his power list. -
But I cant smash the turrets quick enought to get a shivan solo.
And getting nukes is soooo tedious. -
I'm still languishing on 41. It seems to be really hard to get teams at the moment at my level, and I'm not very good at soloing EBs.

Powerboost is somewhat useless, since it can only boost Beanbag (disorient duration) and the knockback from buckshot.

Power Boost also boosts Aim, Build Up, Boost Range, Sprint, Jump powers such as CJ and SJ, any +def powers, +end powers such as Stamina, KB powers such as Thrust and Buckshot, and some other things. -
CJ or SJ + hurdle is faster than CJ or SJ + swift, and it can get you over higher obsticals.
I wouldn't add extra slots to either SJ or hurdle though. You might arive slightly earlier but your combat abilities will be lessened.
I would put 1 endrec in CJ so you can run it most of the time. -
The KB protection in Grounded is supposed to be getting changed so that it improves with level. Might even be in the current training room build.
-
Anything works, but I would be inclined to choose something fast recycling low endurancy. I.e. not stone melee.
Mine is SS/Stone. -
Castle is working on the KB protection in Grounded, it's weak in PvP because it doesn't scale with level.
-
Ice Arrow is great. With 2 single target holds you can stack them high and even hold the things with the little purple triangles going round thier heads.
-
The other factor is that brutes tend to fight higher level mobs at lower levels than other ATs. I know I put my Brute up to level 4 pretty much streight away.
-
Mine is a Hold. It also drains some end and damages some robots a little. It does -end recovery on you so I use it sparingly.
-
The door has a little slot in it though, could you target through that?
-
Oh Ice blast is fine until you get some better attacks, then there isn't really room in your atack chain (unless you can't get close for some reason).
-
IMO Ice Blast isn't really useful at high levels, and could be worth respecing out.
With the late travel power you will find yourself getting squished lots in zones by passing mobs. It doesn't take much to kill a dom. Have you considered SS?
I feel that Shiver might be overkill.
I respeced out CE (although I might get it back at 49), becuase I had to many toggles and it was draining to much end. However I do usually play with CJ and acrobatics on. -
The other thing Combat Jumping is good for is jumping around, like in combat. Go figure.
-
I would say it depends on your travel power. If you are using SS or teleport (without TP Foe) you need Hurl. If you Fly you can get in melee range of flyers anyway, so AS is fine. Jumping, it depends.

though when playin an ice tank that likes to bunch up ppl it can get rather annoying, cause as said before, ice is THE aggro magnet
[/ QUOTE ]
The trick is to toggle CE on and off depending on which tank is getting too much aggro. -
It is powerful, in a team. Solo if anything escapes lockdown for a second you are dead.
