I've always been a "behind the scenes" kinda guy. Never been very vocal on JS, never really succeeded at getting my own event together, and always pretty much kept to myself and my small circle of friends. But still, I always try to make the Hami raids... the RtR's.... the MSTF's...
But ya, after 5 years on this game, and 18-19 level 50 toons, all of wich are on Protector, odds are you've teamed with Ycebergg at least once when new content comes out, or you've seen a toon named "Ozmosis (insert name)" running past you somewhere.
I've started running on other servers, only because I have no more room on Protector. Pro was my first server, and still is my home, nothing is gonna change my opinion on that. -

Tier 1: BattleBot Alpha, BattleBot Beta, BattleBot Delta
Tier 2: RepairBot Gamma, RepairBot Omega
Tier 3: TankBot Epsilon
Thugs/poison: Dr. Headrush
Tier 1: Poison Pete, Alkaloid Al, Flammable Fred
Tier 2: Vince Venom, Nick Nitro
Tier 3: Tony Toxin -
Does it have to be game specific? Or Protector specific?
Like if you say Trident boy 3 times, he will reactivite his account and come attack us with unreadable walls of text, and that Badge doesn't exist, he just a myth made-up to scare empath defenders at night :P -

Hello ladies and gentlemen. I am not a frequent blaster so I am a bit newb-ish when it comes to using pool powers. I was wondering if I should go with a the fighting pool for some mitigation and resistance. Looking at the ice/ice powers available to you, the powers you want to pick up are chilling embrace (PBAoE slow toggle, useful if you need to run or to slow down incoming damage) and ice patch (keeps up to 5 enemies from attacking with knockdown). You will also have access to 3 single target holds, handy to hold 3 targets in a mob, or perma holding bosses. The holds alone will increase your survivability.
Im currently not up to epic power pools right now, but I'm planning on going for ice mastery. It has hibernation (combination rooted phaseshift/+regen), ice armor (+def toggle) and hoarfrost (self +hp/heal). -

Got a Thugs/Poison MM from 9 to 20
Got a MC/Psi dom from 33 to 37
Got a ice/ice blaster from 38 to 40
Got a plant/rad troller from 45 to 47
And got a Shield/EM tank from 48 to 50
I call it a productive week end. -

Following T's tip, I went to Cap looking for this symbol, I found five of them, set into rocky areas just north of the University. You can find them where you see the swirling white lights along cliff faces.
So, now I'm more inclinded to believe there is some story related connection here. It could be a left over from some plotline never fully developed, or just an obscure element to an existing plotline that I've missed while playing red side.
Ultimately, I do not think we can determine exactly when the symbol was in that location in PO. Regardless, it was an entertaining little mystery, and remains unsolved for now. Maybe the Devs and time will reveal more information about these symbols and the dancing white lights that often accompany them... I wonder... are the lights in Cap and Nerva connected somehow to the dancing white lights found in The Hollows? -

I was kinda hoping they would keep the "6 free server transfers" permanent.
Since it's pretty sure they can never make a server-less game (like the competition, and honestly, after seeing how that worked out, I hope they never will), the ability to hop to whatever server your friends are on at anytime was a nice feature. I wouldn't care if they dropped it down to 2 free transfers a week, I'd still be very happy!

OP: By your description, looks like your character selection screen is empty. Make sure you selected the same server where you created the characters; each server (Justice, Freedom, Virtue) houses different characters. You can't just open any server and see your characters in there.

Lately I've been trying to grow up. Thinking that I'm immature... or maybe even childish is some of my interests. Thinking I should maybe get rid of all the video games, and comic books... and just try to be an adult.
But you know what... I DONT WANT TO! If video games and comic books mean I'm a big kid, then so be it, cause you know what else being a big kid means?...
It means that in my thirties, I'm not afraid to get down on the floor and pick up an action figure to have a play fight with my 2 year old nephew while saying *CRASH* *BOOM* *POW*...
It means that in my forties, I'll be happy to lie down on the floor while my futur 2 year old daughter dresses me up like a princess....
It means that in my fifties, I'll be kicking my nephews butt old school style on Mortal Kombat 3k or Street Fighter Infinity Turbo XYZ on the PS23...
It means in my sixties, I'll be pulling pranks on all the neighborhood kids during Halloween, just to keep them on their toes...
It means that in my seventies, I'll be reading my grand-kids bed time stories while making sound effects and shadow puppets on the wall...
And once my body starts to fall apart, and my strenght fails me... I'll still be laughing. Cause when Father Time comes knocking on my door, I'll tell him straight to his face: My body might have gotten old, but my heart never did, SO I WIN!

Thanks guys! I just dinged 32, so I get to take the last power out of my primary today! LOL And as a good friend of mine told me: In your thirties, your still young enough to know what's cool, your just old enough to buy it for yourself :P
But I also came to this conclusion lately: Growing up is seriously over rated. -
