Yeah, I heard about that. Still, build does seem fun.

    Help with Mids

G'Day mates, Outback here. I have been tinkering around with a build for an Elec/Elec/Elec blaster. However, I have a Mac, and all I am able to use is this:

    http://planner.cohtitan.com/planner

It is okay, but doesn't give you any feedback on stats. I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to throw my build into Mids, and let me know that Stats. I'd really appreciate it.

Opinions/Thoughts on the build are welcome, of course. I know it isn't the best of builds, but seems fun

I sent an in-game petition on an unused alt in Freedumb. Hope something happens soon

I don't consider the costumes the same. If I were to take that stance, I could invalidate a lot of costumes based on the fact they look so much like ones that were posted earlier. There are many costumes that look alike. Sometimes it is the small details that may elevate one above another.
It's your opinion that counts, of course, so I have no complaints. Just stating my opinion.

Good looks? Yes. Must be why he used them each twice...

  11. Tinkered around some more, and came up with another non-themed version of the Freedom Phalanx.

    Statesman
I gave Statesman a more modern, Iron Age look as well as the Freedom Phalanx emblem. Darkened the colors to also suit the time period of the patterns

    Positron
My favorite of the 8. As a few people have been saying, Positron should have an upgrade with the Vanguard armor. I agree, and used quite a bit of it on his costume. The helmet is a hodgepodge of different patterns that just happened to mesh. It the best part of the overall look I think

    Back Alley Brawler
BAB's general concept is my favorite. Simple clothing with badass gloves. Again, I gave him leather pants in hommage to one of his older looks

    Manticore
This costume is more of an "urban ninja" look. The shouder pads, gloves, and boots I really like because they have a great metallic sheen and are also quite uncommonly used. The spiked gloves are a nod to Batman

    Synapse
Synapse is purple. I mean, the standard electrical blasts he has are purple for the most part, so why not his costume? The ivory secondary goes well with the purple I think, and the gloves and boots are meant to support his feet and hands when he's running at superspeeds and punching really fast

    Numina
I think this look is just overall suitable. Nothing special, just goes with the rest of the group well

    Sister Psyche
I think having while having a full leather body suit just fits Psyche perfectly (pun inteanded), but showing some skin is just her style. This costume doesn't reveal too much (good for the kiddies) yet the leather also screams sexy. I always like her teal color, so I kept that going

    Citadel
The blue-gray armor looks quite good I think, comparative to the other colors, and I think this look focuses more on the robotic side of Citadel being an android (where as an android is a robot that looks like a human)

  13. I was thinking of what else I could do with the Freedom Phalanx, and an idea of having them all "PPD" themed came to me

    Positron:
I used the PPD Power Armor as a guide for this costume. It's my favorite of the eight

    Back Alley Brawler:
I always loved BAB's look with the leather pants, so I kept those and gave him some slick glasses. Literally

    Statesman:
Helmet, stars, cape, ect ect. Nothing to special honestly

    Manticore:
This was the hardest of the eight. I think he turned out decently

    Sister Psyche:
I based her off the Psi-Units of the PPD

    Synapse:
I based him off the Awakened Peacebringers of the PPD (Notice, he's NOT gray!)

    Citadel:
I saw PPD Citadel more of a robot then an android personally

    Numina :
Even with the PPD feel, I wanted to give her "magical" robes and whatnot

Sorry to sound like an uptight ***. Consider me embarrassed and apologetic.

Another note, I still bow down to the Steampunk Phalanx, hands down. Great competition though, this is getting awesome.

  16. Commander's DO look good....but why does Statesman have Pistols? Or any of them for that matter...

None the less, great looks. Poses really work well for those costumes
  17. I recently updated my full lineup (on Page 2). People who haven't seen the new additions should go check them out.

  19. That Steampunk Phalanx is beyond epic. I am jealous I hadn't thought of it before I started working on mine! Very well done mate
  20. Thanks mates. I just made the claws/elec brute, and look forward to Br00ting.

If you're on Virtue Server, be warned...for now is the arrival of..

    Baron Mayhem!

((I have removed the costume after realizing it could easily produce dopplegangers....which it already has. I found another "Baron" villain with a very very similar costume...almost exact....sorry mates))
  21. *nods* I honestly figured this to be a good combo for brutes, but I always like to have other opinions . I have never played Claws or Electric Armor, and the only thing I knew about either before researching for this toon was that you should NEVER take Claw's first power (Strike?)

Thanks for the input, and looking forward to more, hopefully.

Edit: Broadsword/Fire eh? My main ("Outback" on the Virtue Server) is a BS/WP, and I love him...but honestly never thought about paring BS and Fire. Sounds interesting
  22. I'm making a Claws/Elec brute, but wondering if anyone out there has made one of these before and if so, what are some suggestions you might have?

Also, if anyone with an opinion on this, please, I am open ears to anything...
  23. I am going to go Nrg/Dev/Elec.

The Electric Pool Power really rounds out the powers.

    Thanks for the feedback mates
  24. Yea, people suggested that, but Psi won't work. He can only communicate with machines, and although Psi/Dev would be great, just think Nrg or Elec would work better.

Think I'm going with Nrg/Dev. I have a friend that is going to help me with the mids, and getting "perma-Hover" or a style with Hover is always on. That way, I can turn KB into Knockdown.
  25. I'm suprised as well. I thought I would have loved it, but....I didn't

Just not a defender kind of person, I guess. Never made one I liked.

Also, it -kinda- is a tech toon. He's a mutant, with the powers of Technopathy and Technokinesis
