That's weird, no code shows as "unused" in my account. Guess that clearly shows that there was a bug somewhere.

Every code bought on May 14th has been used on the account, I bought three packs, there's three used codes. If what you say is true, then it shouldn't have happened.

Guess I'll contact support now.

The problem is, since it's bought online, it's already applied automatically....

Well...it's the first time I've ever had a problem with the online store but...

I just bought the GvE item pack, the wedding pack and the mac edition item pack..

Now, the problem is that instead of getting that, I got two mac edition item pack and one wedding pack, no GvE edition item pack is present...

I don't know how it happened, but by checking billing, I indeed was billed for two mac edition item packs instead of just one and no GvE edition pack. And it hasn't been sent to a new or trial account either.

Normally I just wouldn't bother and go ahead and buy the GvE items once again, but I'm kind of afraid that it'll do the same thing...

Is there anyway to turn once of those mac item packs into the one I want?
