  3. I've always thought they should turn KB enhancements to KB Def or KB Tohit, so that KB isnt meaningless or op if you have or dont have 41 protection.

    only reason i mentioned archery blaster is because its the only blaster i've seen that can reliably deal with and overcome dark's heal (not only due to its damage potential, but because of its combination of range, acc, rech) - cant say that about psi/em blasters, sonic/em blasters, fire/fire doms etc.

    procc'd out blazing arrow is kinda ridiculous actually...how did this get 80ft range, innate acc buff, 2nd highest damage, and have a cast time under 2 secs...it puts shout,cb and blaze to shame.

    This is an underused and underated pvp toon thread not an fotm thread like you're probably used to.

    Its possible to get 1300hp and a res shield on top of that. Picking a set with a self heal and getting phase makes it even more possible to fight out of BG most of the time.

    you'd probably have to go

    speed,fitness,leadership,leaping/mako

    for an ar/cold

    for ar/rad

    speed,fitness,leaping,conceal or leaping/bs or mako.

    and your attack chain is prolly gonna look like burst,slug,sharks or burst,slug,burst with a beanbag in between LOL.
  11. in all honesty if you're gonna make an AR corrupter....your best bet would prolly be AR/Rad. You're gonna wanna slot as many purple/pvp/regular dmg procs per attack.
  12. Isnt defender tk fixed now as well? I mean you can attack back when hit and move. whereas before you couldnt. It does still have a repel component to it though. Is repel really op or something? might as well ban force bubble as well...

    Even the 2 seconds extra listed in cod isn't going to be that huge once pb, dom and slotting come in. And the rest of earth really is horrible.
    here goes the nerf herding...but seriously you dont need any other power in earth if all you need to finish off the guy is double stacked proc'd PR and proc'd tf.

    should all be the same time...but it hasnt been the same time for A LONG time.

    LOL. earth/eng rapes elec/therm, fire/doms, cold/darks all day. Something about double stacked and proc'd pr and proc'd total focus and longer stun duration for earth than other sets. 3 hits is all it takes.

    im not sure if grasshoppa is still around but he has an earth/eng and im sure his build would whoop on the best elec/therm on freedom easily.

  19. psy/em - cheapest to build to get to max hp, placate proc is cheap.
    cold/dark - cheap

    Earth/Nrg - ask to fight an elec/therm....i bet they all say no. psi blasters can give you a run for your money or beat you outright. the only other ones who stand a chance might be rads and n. widows.

    i dont have a dark/sonic...but i did make a dark/rad....

    i think the only thing that's gonna beat you is an elec/therm (if you let them), a widow, and any dom with pb stuns running mace(double broken lol)

    Do you read with a chip on your shoulder? The caps are for emphasis not yelling.

    I say forget about any new changes or enhancements to pvp...just make it work like it says it supposed to in the in game descriptions when they rolled this mess out 4 issues ago. Some bugs arent even just pvp specific some of the bugs are included in pve. If not, take the shortcut devs and just change the power descriptions to match what is currently existing the game. Then retcon the whole thing 4 years later and say It's not working as intended. do something.
