Well at the last Union raid, we had a maximum of 2 AMs stacked (including mine) during the hold phase, so even with other recharge buffs, you had plenty of time to fire off your AoE holds before they recharged.

And yes, single target holds have a higher mag.

I still find both Flash and EM Pulse are needed given the recharge times now (but definitely slot for accuracy). I also find EMP's endurance drain to be a nice touch too.

Some comments:
- Invis: use group if you tend to team a lot. I like Superior because it's a toggle.
- Deceive is a personal choice. I found it extremely useful, but some people don't like it.
- Mutation is good if you team, but not a "must-have".
- I took Choking Cloud but dropped it later because it was a bit too unreliable for my taste (and very end heavy).
- Air Superiority is a good choice for the early levels, especially with containment
- Epics: depends on what you're after. Fire is best for an offensive build. If you want more defence (and for PvP), Psi might be better. If you are really into heavy controlling, Primal Forces might work for you.

In any case, ill/rad is an excellent choice, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did

It will be interesting to see what happens at the Vigilance raid tomorrow evening. According to their thread, they have 140 people signed up including 38 trollers... Can brute force still work?

Yeah, I remember you exemping with Chili to help me out a few times About the Coalition, it depends which alt you're playing more at the moment. If it's your PB, look for Kid Hellfire (aka Kid Ascendant) who's running Cosmic Justice. If you have a troller, look for me, Jiaozy or Inspector Frost

I do a bit, but less than other alts. And really only when there are other RadRangers on. Glad to move RadChango to SNHS if this helps and if there's enough space (I already have an empath alt there).

Yes, I did read the thread But people also discuss PvE preferences. And most of the 41+ ill trollers I know have chosen either Psi or Primal (and many of them don't do much PvP).

I still find it very useful in PvE (Carnies, psy clockwork, many Praetorians - including AVs-, etc.)
I agree Fire probably has the highest damage, so it depends what you are looking for in your Epics, i.e. a more offensive/defensive build

C'est la que ca se corse. Phase mito bouclee sans problemes, tank sur place, mais impossible de tenir Hamidon pour plus de 12 secondes. On devait etre autour de 25 controlleurs (+ qques autres avec des "holds" epiques), mais rien a faire. Au bout d'une heure on a fonce dans le tas, Hamidon chute a 50% de vie, nouvelles mitos, tout le monde KO, serveur se plante, et tout le monde reapparait sur place sauf Hamidon

Donc, bonne chance a Vigilance. On verra si ca marche mieux de votre cote. Apparemment il est maintenant (presque ?) impossible de tenir Hamidon si on n'a pas 35+ controlleurs sur place. Je sais que Defiant a eu le meme resultat il y a qques semaines....

I can be on starting around 9:30pm UK time. So anytime after this is fine for me.

Anyone know how these 2 compare? Clearly the +SPD on SB is much larger, but what about the +Recharge and +Recovery (my AM has 3 endmodif enhances too)? Whenever there's a kineticist on the team, everyone rants and raves about SB, while many seem to ignore my call for "Gather AM", which also gives +DMG and +RES(Sleep, Hold, Disorient, Immob) and (I think) helps protect against endurance drain. Are the effects of SB that much greater, or are people just too excited about the +SPD to notice?

Sure, but the benefits outweigh the costs (unless you just deceive everyone and wait until the mobs kill each other). It allows you to kill faster, so more xp/min
