    Erm... how about not dying?

    Some comments:

    - You need 3 damage enhances in your attacks (much more important than rchg or slows)
    - CE needs endreds (e.g. 2 endred / 2 slows)
    - CJ: def is minimal, slot for jump
    - SJ: 3 jumps is too much (even for PvP)
    - Health: not really worth it for squishies, but if you really want to take it, don't waste slots on it
    - Aim: 1-2 ThT_Buf are enough, and that's really if you want to PvP (same with BU)
    - Ice Patch: 1-2 rchgs is better slotting
    - Try to take Stamina earlier (before BU) and if possible, Hasten
    - Acrobatics: slot endred
    - Freezing Touch: I would slot 1-2 acc 2-3 holds
    - Frozen Aura: as I said, I would take Shiver instead, but try it and see what you think

    Fire/Ice Blaster

    Both Chilling Embrace and Shiver are very useful for the slow effect (movement and recharge) but they don't deal any damage. They are definitely worth taking in my opinion, for both PvE and PvP. I never liked Frozen Aura since it comes too late to be of much use: it would be a good power for soloing in the 20-30s, but in the 40s, you can't really solo that much anyway, and on teams, there are more useful powers for a blaster than an AoE sleep imho. Concerning Epics, I found Force and Elec to be above the others, but of course this depends on playstyle (some blasters really enjoy using Rise of the Phoenix...)

    I found fire/kin to be really powerful (for PvE) after 41, i.e. once you got your AoE attack to use with Fulcrum.

    According to the Prima guide (I know, it's not perfect), the Leadership buffs for Enforcers are as follows: Maneuvers: 13.6% ; Tactics: 2.5% ; Assault: 5%.

    So defence seems to be the only one really worth slotting (unless you're mainly teaming with fellow thugsters).

    Indeed (about the OP), but your reply was to Jiaozy who was describing his (PvP) build. For a PvE build, it's definitely a must-must-have. And I agree it's better to have both but I maintain that if you really can't fit them, for 1-on-1 PvP, Fulcrum could be skipped (since with Hasten and SS, you will be stacking SP anyway).

    For a pure PvP build, Fulcrum is certainly skippable.

  13. I would discourage you from skipping Stamina, especially when levelling; remember that Transference only comes at 35 and kin is an extremely active set. Although I see the problem for an ill/kin, since you do want (need) to take most of the primary powers (while a fire/ can skip quite a few). I've kept Stamina on my fire/kin since I want to make sure I can use all my powers (which recharge quickly with Hasten + SS) without having to spam Transference on every other mob (and I run Tactics). And if you ever change your mind about PvP, you'd better have Stamina (and Hurdle/Swift will help).

    And Disruption Field probably works best with Fire since the imps are the only ones who are really in melee most of the time (also works well with decoys).

    I've found sonic to be the least solo-friendly secondary for controllers. Nice for teaming, but really not great when you're by yourself (just respecced out Liquefy after finding it to be an almost worthless power, even when fully slotted).

    I still have SP on my fire/kin, but mainly use it to stack it on AVs. Won't be dropping it since I don't really need anything else.

  19. Kinetics makes a nice secondary since you have decent damage and sleep/confuse powers which make it easier being in melee (I love Melon Baller's sleep/TP/Fulcrum combo).

    I guess Rad would also be nice since you could have perma-confused debuff anchors.

    Concerning Team 8, I passed on my spot (@Okton) since the beginning of the tournament to Kronos (and informed the organisers). Don't know if he showed up for that match or not though.

  24. Having used all 3 sets, my guess is that the debuff is (significantly) stronger for LR (despite what Prima says).

    You're confusing the controller Primal Forces Epic Power Boost, with the defender Power Mastery Epic Power Build Up
