Presumably because players get two handed attack animations that don't fit with a one handed blade.

This game is still quite active. Freedom and Virtue have the highest populations. The server list puts the last server you were on at the top, then list the other servers from lowest population at the top to highest populations at the bottom.
As said, it's best to join a global channel to find people. Check Channel Search under the Tab button on your chat window. If you can't talk at first then the channel has auto-silencing turned on (an anti-spammer measure); check Friends on top of the chat box and open the listing for that channel. A name with a star by it is a mod and they can unsilence you upon request; right click on the name and pick 'chat' for that.
Note that if you are using a Trial Account most of the chat functions are disabled; another anti-spammer measure I'm afraid. -

Not really; I find that as part of the spontaneously logging out bug the box gets spontaneously unchecked.

Many people have reported that /releasepets followed by resummoning fixes the pets getting stuck problem.

Personally, I'd guess (and hope for) something much sooner. That's nearly two months after all. Releasing it in February more or less with the Strike Pack makes more sense to me; it would offer something for those who aren't as interested in the end game task forces.

Quote:Also, Confuse works on several enemies that are resistant to other mezzes, like Big Dogs, Hombres, Arachnos Huntsmen and Fortunatas.Probably it's my playstyle, but I took Confuse at lv6 and it's crazy. Each mission will be a cakewalk, just Confuse, Mesmerize and Dominate and you simply can't lose. If fit hits the shan, just hit Mass Hypnosis. When I come across a really good npc, like Heavy Guns or Syndicate Telekinetisists, I just Confuse them and Power Push them around.

Quote:You never use Rest or Sprint? Why?based on how the power works, i basically just consider it useless and never even put it on my power trays
sprint, brawl, the origin inherent, rest, and this power pretty much never see the light of day on my power trays because i never use them
And Brawl is useful for Brutes if you have any, as a zero endurance filler attack spammed between normal attacks to keep up Fury. -
Drain Psyche is hugely effective, a key power. However; at level 12 you should be doing better. Did you take Static Field? That's a key control power for Electric. You should also have Conductive Aura running by default since it drains them, helps you and costs no endurance.

I'd say that Fire/Earth has more synergy (not that Plant/Earth is bad, mind you). /Earth has Power Boost as well as knockdowns and an extra hold in Seismic Smash to help the somewhat weak control of Fire/. And Fire with Hot Feet and the Imps adds good multiple target damage to supplement the single target focus of /Earth. As for the spawns spreading apart, take Fire Cages at some point to solve that problem; Flashfire/Cages is a classic combo, and extra effective with Power Boost behind it.
Plant/Earth on the other hand are two good sets that have no particular synergy with each other. It'll still play fine though (I have one at 21). -
I think it would be "OK", if you are patient enough to slog to 26+ and Wormhole. Power Boost from Energy will help somewhat with Grav's anemic low level control, as will the stuns and knockback of /EN.

A means to invite your own alts to an SG.
Global permissions for base storage; so all my alts can have the same access instead of using character-linked SG ranks.
The ability to store salvage in bases in stacks, like in the market.
Quote:Fury has changed quite a bit since then; and if /Dark Brutes can do OK despite having Stun aura, then an /Ice Brute should work OK with a Slow aura.they did try Ice Melee/ Frozen armor back in CoV beta, they withdrew it apparantly do to issues with the Brutes inherent.
My proliferation wishlist:
Illusion Doms.
/Ice Scrappers or Brutes.
/Nin Scrappers or Brutes.
Axe Stalkers.
/Traps Controllers.
/Rad Masterminds.
A Martial Arts or Super Strength based secondary for Blasters. -
Or make sure that "mission objective" is turned on for your minimap.

Quote:There's even the occasional Outcast in the Hollows who comments that they need new outfits. The Outcasts have been wearing those run down rags for 7 years. About time the dropped the influence on some new dudes.
Yes. -
It's my understanding that the damage buffing aspect of KM works better for Scrappers than Brutes. On the other hand, I understand that Brute Claws are as good or better than Scrapper Claws. So, I'd go for Claws.

Quote:Deathbird would be an example of that from comics. Or Firehawk.A long time ago I'd suggested new costume tech for "armpit wings"--essentially costume details that stretch from the high waist to the elbow creating a triangle of webbing between the arms and the torso that freely distorts with animations. (Think how the legacy character Swan's costume "wings" look.)

Necro, Demons, about the same. Necro/Dark is all about control and debuffing your targets into helpless zombie chow. Damage is good but not high by MM standards, but with all the stacked debuffs and controls my 39ish Necro/Dark feels almost like cheating. Demons are more about doing damage and -resistance debuffs; less survivable, more damage.

Quote:It was something like:Arachnos vs Longbow:
Game mechanics wise, I think Castle a long time back said that in a large engagement Longbow tends to win. I don't remember specifically why, but I think stacking Leadership buffs might have something to do with it.

Quote:I'd go with the default slot in Health and 3 in Stamina. Especially on a character with a self heal. I'd also grab Howling Twilight if you haven't; it isn't just a resurrection power, it's a strong debuff and effective stun power. For Health & Stamina, you'll probably want 2 slots total in each of them, with Healing & Endurance Modification, respectively.
For the OP: There's a limit to how far you can enhance a single aspect of a power, called the Enhancement Diversification (ED) cap. It amounts to three Single Origin enhancements worth. So the normal slotting for Stamina would be three Enhancement Modifications. -
