Whirling Hands and the Snipe are skippable in /Energy. For Mind/Eenrgy you can probably settle on Total Domination instead of Telekinesis; TD is easier to use than TK, and Power Boost + Domination helps with its short duration. Get Mass Hypnosis, it will let you sleep whole groups and kill them one by one with your single target /Energy attacks.

It should, yes. As I understand it adding yet a third stealth effect on top of that won't do anything, you'll hit the stealth cap.

    Yes.

Also, there was the Flies aura added at some point. And a bunch of new aura options; eyes-and-hands instead of just eyes or hands, for example.

It's OK; its main weakness is that it is almost pure psi damage and so slogs against all the enemies with high psi resistance.
  5. I've heard that /Earth Assault works OK with Grav. An extra hold to stack and knockdown/back to help with the poor control pre-Wormhole. And Power Boost, too.
  6. I have The Accelerated Man, a Fire/Super Reflexes Scrapper. His fire attacks are supposed to be due to him using the same powers that speed up his body to accelerate the random motions of nearby air molecules until they become flame.

Synaptic Shock is the product of an attempt to duplicate Synapse's powers; an Elec/SR Stalker. Better single target damage than other Electric melee users.

Another possibility would be Dual Blades/SR; DB looks very fast to me with all the fancy slashing animations.
  7. Demons would be preferable because they have a melee-heavy Tier 3 pet to use your Noxious Gas on. Both because it's an aura around the henchman, and because it's stronger on a tier 3 henchman than a lower one.
  8. Ha, yes. "Back to filing papers for him!" And the predicted time kept jumping back and forth between 2 and 6 hours.

I didn't have long to anticipate it - only after she announced her arrival - but I suddenly found myself anticipating the Mayhem Mission fight between Angry Spark my Elec/WP brute and Ms Shock. Two electricity using superladies fighting! They must be each others archnemesis or something, probably hated each other in school.

It's arguable that the changes to the Character Creator interface, including Power Customization, are also important changes since they affect the way a character can be customized. Even so, those happened many moons ago, back in September, 2009.
There was also the separation of Tails and Belts into separate slots so we can have both.

Annie D's nuking power is constant and powerful, but the clutch stun and/or AoE stun is really why a team would take her.
That does sound more like Fire/Psi than Mind/Fire. And Fire/Psi is an excellent combo in its own right.

There's a dooor in that wall, and you can enter it.

    It always amused me.
That reminds me, there's an open air concession stand on (I think) Nerva that has a door on one side. You can easily see both sides of the door and that it doesn't lead anywhere but inside the stand, but it sometimes works as a mission door - it's the Concession Stand of the Time Lords!

Those aren't really civilians. They are clearly Incarnates in civilian dress. They'd had their Omega Slot for years.

In Paragon City? Don't be absurd. Hoverchairs! That's the ticket.

  15. I've used it on /Traps masterminds to drop a random minion on untriggered traps in the middle of a fight. Sometimes nothing steps on your trap, so I convert enemy minions into triggers.

I'm not sure if the game engine can handle that. Are there any existing powers that can be used to target both enemy and ally?
  16. It is supposed to be fixed in the Issue 20 Beta.

  17. Both of those are great combos. Plant/Psi is also good.

About the only con with Elec/Energy would be Power Push* knocking targets out of Static Field & Conductive Aura; that can be solved by taking the single target immobilize since it stops knockback. Mind/Energy is a strong combination too.

*It's a strong attack these days, not the skippable power it once was.

They all start gnawing on large bones; properly demonic behavior, and quiet.
  20. Yes, it's fun. It feels powerful. I'm getting the urge to play my Energy/Storm corruptor...

The other reason they put it in the store was that it didn't cost them any development time - it already existed after all. It apparently hasn't sold much, which is why few people have seen it; but they said at the time they didn't expect it to. As I recall, they were somewhat surprised some people said they'd pay for it, and basically shrugged "why not?" and made it purchasable.

He's not very smooth with the ladies.

Then again, at his age he may think that avoiding the use of phrases like "silence wench!" is enough to make him suave.

Another vote for this; I'd promptly transfer several characters to the two English speaking servers and start a 1 person SG on each. As it is, I'm uncertain as to whether or not I should make a character or two I'm thinking of now then transfer them later, or wait until the server list is changed.
