  1. I know you didn't. I'm just saying that's the only suppression it has. You still get the bonus from the proc for the full time, you don't have to wait 10 seconds.
  2. With 3 slotted Hasten, 105% - 106% global recharge is needed, give or take.
  3. Even if it did work, it wouldn't be the best place to put the proc because of the long recharge.

Any time you use FS in this 10 seconds it might proc, but it will not have any effect on you. If you use it toward the end of the 10 seconds (i.e. in that wiki example he used it at 7 seconds), you will not get the recharge for the first 3 seconds, or until the supression ends, but once it does end you get the rest of the +recharge (2 seconds in this case). After it ends the supression cycle starts again.

So, you don't have to wait a minute to maximize the +recharge. You would have to just make sure that the proc never fires at end of the supression so that none of the effect goes over the supression. In the example in the wiki, if he wanted to maximize the +recharge effect he should wait 3 seconds to use the Footstomp at the end of the supression every time. Personally, I don't think it is really worth waiting and I would rather just use FS to kill the group faster.
That's not how it works either, well at least my in game experience contradicts that. The proc just can't stack, like if you put it in a power that recharges in less than 5 seconds, you can't get 200% recharge. I've had the proc go off 3 or 4 times in a row, using Foot Stomp and I've gotten the recharge bonus for the full 5 seconds each time. I have a fraps video I can upload to prove it.
  5. Foot Stomp is the perfect power for the proc. In my build when the proc goes off, Foot Stomp recharges in 4.5 seconds + cast time so it can proc again as soon as it wears off.

The only additional AoE you have is Shield Charge. So you're saying it takes you 37 seconds to defeat a mob, since you use Shield Charge every mob?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking your build or anything. You're just denying the fact that the proc will increase your DPS if you use Foot Stomp as much as you should, which is whenever it comes back up (for the most part). I've had the proc go off 4 times in a row before, which pretty much equaled to having an additional 100% recharge for 20 seconds.
  7. I don't understand it supresses? In what way exactly? I just made a fraps video showing the proc firing 3 times in a row each time I used Foot Stomp.

    Domi Farm???

Liberate Television and Search Nemesis Army Base are the 2 that I used. Liberate for PL'ng and Search for purple drops. I'm curious to know how fast a Fire/Psi can clear them now, I used to run them in 22(Liberate) and 5(Search) minutes.

Elec/Dark isn't that bad for farming, I have one myself, but it can be quite the end hog at times even with all the uniques and theft of essence proc in Dark Regen.
  10. Sorry if it sounded like I was flaming, just stating my in game experience with the proc.
  11. You only have one additional AoE and like Smurphy said you're surely not using it every mob. For the most part, you should still be using Foot Stomp whenever it's up. It's your best AoE afterall.
  12. I'm speaking from my in game experience, the difference is there on my SS/Fire who's a damage machine. The Force Feedback proc usually goes off every 2-3 Foot Stomps which brings the recharge down to 4.5 seconds and the Armaggedon always hits atleast a few every FS which is 107 extra fire damage.

If you just sit spamming Foot Stomp in big mobs, you'll see the difference.
  13. Permadom will help with the end issues.
  14. IMO Foot Stomp deserves 6 slots. Having 2 procs in it is simply awesome (Armageddon and Force Feedback).

  16. I can't recall the exact amount of global recharge you need for perma mind link with 3 slotted Hasten. But, it's more towards 80%. Remember you have to account for Hasten dowtime.

  17. First, I like to say the FF proc is great in FS.

I don't understand what you're trying to say. You can only use FS every minute to get the full time of the proc? That's not true, the proc usually goes off every 2-3 times I use FS and I get +100% recharge for the whole 5 seconds. Sometimes it even procs twice in a row resulting in 10 seconds of +100% recharge instead of 5.

Using it on a mob of 10 isn't equal to a 100% chance. I forget what the chance is depending on how many targets, somebody posted it a while back.

You won't be able to confuse the Longbow Commanders that have the Leadership toggles with one application of confuse even in Domination. I don't know how many times I've used Mass Confusion on a mob in the LRSF and have it do nothing.

About 4 hours I would say farming with my SS/Fire Brute.
  20. Didn't have much time to play this weekend, only a few hours, but I managed to get a Crab from 1-50.

Anyways, I like the look better. The color on the other forums was ugly, but that's just my opinion.

    Domi Farm???

All LT's of pretty much anything. Seriously, Flashfire will be up every mob so not much will be hitting you. Although, pre-i15 I never even used Flashfire while farming.
  24. Like others said, Elec/Fire or Fire/Fire. Niether of them will be as fast as the SS/SD though.
  25. It looks like you aimed for more survivablilty with softcapped melee defense and that's fine, but as a farming Brute your offense is lacking a bit IMO. My SS/Fire has almost no defense and is great for farming.

Perma Hasten, Perma Double Rage? No, it's not even close with having only 30% global recharge. The FF proc is nice, but it's only a 10% chance for +100% recharge for 5 seconds, so you can't actually account for that as actual recharge. Also, Healing Flames is severely underslotted, it needs some recharge.

Here's my build. I built it to be an offensive monster which it is. Before AE I soloed 8 man Liberate with minimal problems, but now I farm the Nemesis Platform or LT/Boss AE missions. My defense is a very strong offense (which for farming isn't a bad thing). I mainly slotted for recharge, recovery and HP.
