I'm pretty sure it is there but a lot of the villain missions are listed in the wrong level range.
According to my info it's listed as "There's a Sucker Born Every Minute" in the (16-19) range. I'll pop ingame and check it in a bit.

Yep, it is. It's just one of a series of missions that are offered in a random order. If you are not offered the 'Defeat all Arachnos personel" mission straight away then just quit and retake the mission until you are -
We're a little bit inactive atm but like @Stagefright, I am always up for a TF/SF/Trial if I have the time. If OV are running a TF and have room we will usually put a shout out on Union Badgehunters so keep an eye on that channel. Another option would be to start a thread on here with the TF name, date and time you want to run it and see who wants to join.
As for low level TFs, you have Positron 10-15, Synapse 15-20, Sister Psyche 20-25 and Moonfire 23-28. Plenty to choose from -
Vigilance, the only inherent that's sometimes actually worse than useless? Or it could be just the attributes monitor that's reporting the wrong figure which is not unheard of. /bug it when you have time and I'm sure we will get it fixed sooner or later.

That's a pretty good summary and there's not much to add except that TP foe and force bubble can be quite effective.

Endurance bonuses wouldn't affect Vigilance anyway. My thought was that any +HP accolades or set bonuses for anyone on the team might be causing the game to give you a negative endurance discount as the total HP of the team would be greater than the base HP of the team. But like I said, I never got around to testing it and probably never will.
Your best bet is to /bug it and leave it to the powers that be.
BTW, have you checked this on the test server to see if it still happens in i12? -
Yup noticed it and /bugged it a while back. It seems to happen on all my defenders when they are teamed.

I thought it might have been to do with +HP accolades and/or set bonuses but never got around to testing if that was the case. -

Anyone noticed that the damage debuff from the Rage drop doesn't seem to affect veteran reward attacks?

If i may ask, what's the mag on Force Bolt again or are they making it unresistable? If the latter is the case, my main concern will be being bounced around the zone by 33 month Vets regardless of having both Karma (or the like) and Acrobatics.
The number of people with the Nem Staff is obviously only going to increase and i certainly know i was on my rear 70% of the time without Acrobatics. This will massively affect players such as me and many other PvPers who use SS and CJ to navigate the zone and generally kite like mad.

According to City of Data, Nemesis Staff has KB of 14.955.
However, Castle is having a look at KB sets increasing your KB protection. -

Why would it?
Try turning off your status protection and running CE again to see if it's still bugged. -
Most of the enforcers attacks do -def but it seems that the tier 1 thugs don't as listed here.
You should probably /bug that Boerewors if you haven't already -

Don't underestimate the defence debuff of Quicksand, very handy to help your AoEs hit especially at lower levels. -
The sheer number of damage ticks can give Burn the appearance of it being autohit but this is not the case. Whilst the fear component is autohit, the damage ticks can and do miss but there is no 'Miss' message.

AFAIK any mob that can drop a level 50 recipe has a chance to drop a purple recipe.

I also have tough on my fire/fire tank. TBH the only thing that has given him real bother in recent times has been Lord Recluse.

The unselect bit deselects any target you may have to prevent the power firing prematurely.
The +down$$-down bit fires one bit of the bind on key press and the next bit on key release, or so I'm told. I didn't come up with these binds, I just nabbed them while trolling the US forums -
Sorry if I confused you, this sort of thing is probably easier to understand once you're a bit more used to playing around with binds and macros.
Ingame just type /bind_load_file C:/Binds/MM1.txt
If you saved the files in a different directory then you will need to edit the path after "bind_load_file" too.
Don't forget to change the '3' to the key you want to use in both files as well.
If you want to save your current setting first, ingame type /bind_save_file c:\binds\backup.txt
If things go wrong you can the just reload this file.
Just FYI, I use a similar system on my TA/A Defender to target Oil Slick and fire Blazing Arrow with 1 key press. -
This is possible to do with just a single click/press using text files to load your binds. I have it bound to the 3 key on my ninja/FF MM and use these two files:
