10 minutes is quite a good run, 12 or 15 is more usual from what I've seen. I expect it will get changed at some point to slow people down somewhat.

Same except I did bring my US characters across to EU. I have no plans to go back permanently although I do check it out during reactivation weekends.

No it won't, at least not if my maths is right. The proc has a 20% chance to give 10 Endurance every 10 seconds which averages out to 0.2 end/sec. Using the atrributes window, Stamina three slotted with IOs gives 0.97 end/sec. Stamina slotted with two IOs and the proc gives 0.87+0.2=1.07 end/sec.

I can't argue with that but not everyone has the slots to spare

I have a Earth/Storm at 50 too. They are awesome fun, although I wouldn't do much soloing before the mid to late thirties.

Yup the proc has a chance to fire every 10 seconds. However, if you are 3-slotting stamina then a chance of +end in the third slot will, on average, work out sightly better than a standard IO or SO with the added benefit of not being affected by -recovery.

I wouldn't rely on being able to stack Vengeance for much longer. According to Castle:

Yeah, unfortunately some of the badge missions appear in the wrong level ranges when using the crystal but they are all there somewhere I think.

It's listed as 'Offer Soul of Akarist' in the 30-34 range (but is actually a 25-29 mission iirc)

Every two weeks if you pay it on time. Once a month if you don't pay it until the base stops working
