I often seem to get this around 5:15pm when changing characters. it only seems to last a minute or two.

The command for it is team_select x where x = 1 to 8.

If you can have a second character healing you then a Rikti Chief Soldier with round shoulders is the way to go, they just use their sword attack once every 9.5 seconds or so. If you do it via Ouro on invincible with buffed enemies then a level 53 boss can get you near to 2 mil damage per hour at level 50 (this is all based on pre-i13 but I don't think anything has changed since, all the damage from the sword attack should still count).

In summary, i13 won't affect how I play the game much -

This is a real pain and I just can't understand why they did it. We've all made that daft mistake and left an endurance sapping power activated when starting a fight. Now we can't turn it off without running away. A lot of these changes are just adding to the frustration level. What possible exploit could there be in being able to turn a toggle off???

That's a bug, fixed on test. From the patch notes:

You can only have 2 yellow book arcs on the go at the same time. if you already have 2 running and she has no other missions to give you then Maria will show as inactive.

Like others have said, you just go and step on the Big Time location in SG mode and then your SG receives the Pocket D beacon.

Yup, just logged a character in and checked his perception and he has the +100 bonus there without having activated any powers (he has one slotted in tactics). -

Dr Quarterfield (Shard TF) has no AVs/EBs/GMs so is soloable but needs 8 players to start, and finding 8 players in the shards is normally hard.
