I had the same thing.
Like you suggested, it did seem to be linked to using the Claim All Inf button then getting the server is busy message. The buttons never returned to being usable afterwards.
Closing down the game and restarting it will fix the problem, at least it did for me, but just exiting to the login screen and logging back in won't. -

Thanks for the update Avatea, that's good news that we can keep the rewards but better news if veteran rewards are fixed for good (although Neko's post suggest they may not).

I've got a different sort of 'bug'.
Not too long ago, I earned the 30 month veteran reward (actually, I had to /bug it to get the reward, as it was a week or two late, but I digress).
I log on today, and all of a sudden I have the Veteran rewards for 33, 36, 39, 42, 45, and 48 months. There's part of me that is saying "don't complain", but I'm ignoring it.
I didn't earn these veteran rewards. Is this part of the same bug affecting others, or do I need to /bug it separately?

Using 64 bit Windows 7 here (and 64 bit Vista before that). Haven't seen the issues described in the OP. Like others have suggested, try updating your GFX drivers and/or trying the game in safe mode. If that's no help try the Tech & Support forum.

Several of my lesser played characters have recently started their final day jobs, I think the first one should receive his final day job on the 28th of December

If your PC can handle it then you could use a couple of trial accounts to pad out your team with a few more gladiators. I think I used 3 x Cobra, 3 x Juicer Chief and 3 x Mook which are all available from villain explore badges (there's a littile running around so make a stalker so you can do it in safety).

The are available via the combat attributes monitor. To find that click 'Powers' on your power tray then 'Combat Attributes'. The are at the bottom of the 'Base' section.

I think you dc'd while we were fighting the GM but you shouldn't have to wait until next year before trying again. According to ParagonWiki the banner events have a chance to trigger when someone turns in their Halloween salvage.
