Had the same happen on Defiant yesterday on two Kahn TF's. One time the team leader, a Rogue, was booted in Ouro and the other was in the RWZ.

However they are unable to fix your accounts for the time being but will be getting in touch as soon as that's done. I would advise people having problems with the rewards program to check the status of their support tickets. Mine has again been closed with no notification.
Any I'm paying for this crappy level of customer service? What a joke. -
The whole rewards system seems to be something of a mess from my point of view. A number of us are missing a load of reward tokens (and the bonus 150 market points that we should also have received) and have had our tickets closed with no resolution or notification and there seems to be no fix in sight. It's somewhat of a disincentive to spend any more cash.

Just wanted to post some further feedback. I've been running the 11.9s for 4 days now and had no crashes or other issues even when doing incarnate trials or running multiple clients on the same PC.

I found the characters of the family clichéd, dull and completely lacking in chemistry but the plot lines seemed interesting enough that I'll give it a few episodes at least.

I'm on 64 bit and prior to today I was using the 11.3s as I found them the most stable for me. I've not had any problems since installing the 11.9s but have yet to run an incarnate trial.
