  1. One thing I've learned in looking over the submissions is, Wow, some people have some awesome graphics cards!

I did a rough PDF-to-jpg conversion, but I'll upload better images when I get back to my authoring PC.

The first season DVD is going to have a commentary track with Stan and Lou, and will feature tons of outtakes!

  5. Don't worry, there will be more.

    And we'll miss those, too.

I proceeded to nearly drown, swim under a bridge, get nearly killed by a frikkin' frog and then kicked off the server.

Don't hold your breath on the level cap being raised. They've pretty much said it ain't going to happen.

Maybe it they =did= hold their breath, we wouldn't hear about raising the level cap any more. The power of positive thinking!

  15. This thread actually has some cool info in it, and with so many new players popping up here (and someone complaining the forums are dead on Friday afternoons), I figured, what the heck?

The Newsman exploration badge you can get in Faultline seems to have a tricky background to it. It reads:

The Theodore Knight building was home to many Super Groups in the years before the Rikti War.

Okay. That got my wheels turning.

    Theodore Knight
    actor Ted Knight
    his newsman character Ted Baxter
    the Baxter Building
home of the Fantastic Four supergroup

Man, that's just as twisted as the streets of Faultline themselves!

I knew I shoulda made that more obscure!

It is a fun event, the main problem is that everyone does it the first week (during which it is very easy to do), after that it can be hard to find a villain/hero to partner with.

QFT. The badgers tend to rush in, and the casual players (and those with dozens of alts) get left holding the bag later.

Man, I've wanted robotic legs like that for a long time. Also the ability to have just one robotic leg.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Wow. The idea of a character with one robot leg and one wooden pirate leg makes me shudder with a combination of fear and joy.

  23. Another reason I'd like to see the arenas fixed: then they can get rid of that stupid free-fire zone in Warburg, and make it hero-villain the way the gods meant it to be.

  24. I would like to point out, in this ostensibly PvP thread, the number of PvD (player versus developer) posts that appeared after Lighthouse posted. And some people wonder why devs don't post as often as they used to.
