  3. A heroes work is never done , especially when I have so many alts to finish
  4. Will meet all of you at City Hall then . What content are we running tonight ? Will we take down Frostfire ?

  7. NovaFactor

    Tf / sf

With Positron being revamped ( thankfully ) and made even better , I was wondering what other TF or SF you would liked to see revamped or improved upon ? I'd go with Synapse , but only cause it seemed to take forever to finish .
  8. Cool bio . Jasper Falcon is cut from the same cloth as Denzel charater in Devil in a Blue Dress , he kinda stumbled into the private eye business but found it to be boring and not paying well . Dressing up as the mysterious Jasper Falcon allowed him to extort money from the mob for years , but his gambling and wild ways finally caught up with him and he lost eveything . After serving 5 years in the Zig for robbing the 1st National Paragon Bank , he changes his life , stops drinking and rededicates his life to serve and protect . In June the story continues ........
  9. Put me down , toon to be made shortly

CLOWNS (Mastermind) - You can summon an army of clowns and pranksters to overwhelm your enemies. Though they may seem joyful and harmless at first, their viciousness in battle belies their bright makeup and colourful clothing. Clowns are naturally very resistant to mez effects and have high hit points, but have little resist and defense.

1: Cream Pie - Ranged, Minor DMG(Smashing), Foe -To Hit, -Perception, 80 feet
You toss a cream pie at the face of a single enemy, dealing Smashing damage and blinding them. Damage: Minor, Recharge: Fast (4 seconds)

    1: Summon Charlatans - Summon 1-3 Charlatans
Summons one to three Charlatans to cause mischief and havoc. Your first Prankster is obtained at level 1, the second at level 6, and the third at level 18. Charlatans have fast attacks that can be upgraded to slower, more powerful attacks, and have the ability to reduce your enemies' Resistance to further attacks.

2: Joy Buzzer - Melee, Moderate DMG(Energy), Foe Hold
You reach out and shake the hand of one of your enemies, activating your electrified Joy Buzzer. They are left writhing in agony as the electricity discharges into them. Damage: Moderate, Recharge: Moderate (8 seconds)

6: Party Favors - Ranged, Equip Clowns
You equip your Clowns with various Party Favours, giving them a couple extra abilities to entertain your opponents.

8: Exploding Cigar - Targeted AoE (10 feet, 8 targets), Moderate DMG(Smashing/Fire), Foe KD, 80 feet
You light an exploding cigar and toss it to an enemy. Upon impact, it explodes violently, damaging all enemies in a small radius around the poor sap and knocking them down. Damage: Moderate, Recharge: Slow (12 seconds)

    12: Summon Pranksters - Summon 1-2 Pranksters
You can call one or two Pranksters to your side. Pranksters don't do as much damage as Charlatans or Harlequins, but they are excellent at controlling your enemies. The first Prankster will Immobilize and Disorient your foes, and the second Prankster will Hold them and put them to Sleep.

18: Carnival of Carnage - Summon 10 Clowns
The Carnival has come to town. A merry band of ten jokesters, jesters and funmakers will rush to your aid, assailing your enemies with cream pies and various bludgeoning instruments. You cannot control them directly, but they will stick with you for a few minutes before leaving to go entertain elsewhere. Recharge: Very Slow (10 minutes)

    26: Summon Harlequin - Summon 1 Harlequin
You summon a single Harlequin to annihilate all that stand against you. The Harlequin's small size and stature belies her incredible offensive power. Like all other Clowns, she has low resist, but high hitpoints and massive damage output.

32: Hilarity Ensues - Ranged, Upgrade Clowns
Hilarity Ensues as all your clowns are empowered with even more abilities to amuse (and possibly obliterate) your enemies.
Joy Buzzer sounds awesome , lol . Make it so DEVS , make it so
  11. I say stick with the Super Hero theme , but add these additional things ( celestial power , God ) to our bios or backstory if we want .
  12. Those all sound good , some impending doom that could destroy Paragon . Next Wednesday we get temp powers for those that need them and take down Frostfire and his crew . By the way if we can avoid the COT , that would be great .
  13. Rumble rock is definately the loose cannon of the group , but I can tell he really cares , he just wears his emotions on his sleeves .

I see Ke'ros in kinda of a spock role , very analytical but more than willing to get in the mix when the team is in trouble .

Gleaming Bolt seems for the moment unsure of his natural leadership abilities but running the team will bring this quality to the fore

    Crystal is definately as described

Those are just my observations , so it will be interesting to see how this all plays out

ETA: Also, we should figure out stuff like, what origin are we predominantly, what themes does the makeup of our characters really suggest? If nothing else, we ought to figure out such a theme if only so we can link our concepts to (if we intend to build one) a base.

I agree about the lack of originality with all the toons and groups out there . Either your a orphan , from another planet , wear a special suit etc its hard not to be like everyone else , but I like to think when in character , that our group is different and is the only hope to deal with the increase of Meta-Humans , robots and other uglies that populate Paragon . We could use the City Hall rep as kind of an Oracle that provides special assignments that only we can handle . These ideas are just off the top of my head btw
  15. Or we could go the HellBoy route and be a secret unit of the government that specializes in dealing with extremely tough meta-humans and other beings deemed to tough to handle or out of Paragon City's jurisdiction .
  16. Had a ton of fun with everyone . I think the whole JLA theme fits well , a group of heroes coming together to take on threats bigger than normal humans can handle .
  17. Ke'ros has been in a stasis pod for 12 years buried deep in Faultline , but the recent Ritki attack there uncovered his pod . Doc Delilah discovers his location while providing protection for the humans living in Faultline in a nearby cave . The resulting battle activates the statis pod and Ke'ros awakens . Unaware of his surroundings he nearly attacks Doc Delilah , but reading her mind , realized she was not a threat and joined her and Agent G in pushing back the Ritki to their homeworld . The rest of the story is a work in process ....

15 dollars is not to bad for a monthly subscription
    Enjoy the free month also

You can expect a ton of fun , meeting cool people , and hours of enjoyment
Doubt you will get bored with this game , there is so much to do and see

You run mish/tasks at lvl 20,30,and 40 for extra costumes slots and obtaining halloween event items ( you can get these at Wenthorths or during teh Halloween event in Oct ) you get an extra costume slot

Virtue and Freedom are the most populated , but all servers have people on them at various times

    Have fun
  19. Ke'ros is ready , lvl 2 and ready to rock
  20. Are we talking trenchcoated heroes or Noir heroes the Shadow or just having black, white and grey in the uniform/costume ? I might be availible to do this from June to August baring any unforseen occurance
