Speed? Right up to the Reichsman fight(s).
Ran it, on Invincible, today and thumped Reichsman both times. 2 hours, 43 minutes. Fully 75 of which was just beating down Reichsman.
AND WE HAD FOUR BLASTERS plus pets! If I hadn't been nearly unhittable, I'd have been a smear on the wall and all 6-7 of my squishies would have been in deep dookie.

We did it in 29 minutes on Heroic without tank. Reichsman went down, while 3 more AVs remained. -

3. The SF has an escort. Since villains are already scarred from the RSF technician, I guess someone decided to flog the villains some more by inflicting another NPC that can and usually does get lost and vator freaks. Can someone please fix this annoying issue? Of course both the RSF and this escort have massive Longbow spawns so it is quite easy to get team wiped since you are not able to use stealth/AoE stealth to your advantage.

I'm not sure about this, we will need to check it on another run, but it looks like you don't need to lead escort to Numina's room. Our escort was lost in elevators, ran outside the map, etc., but I was able to click on glowie in Numina's room and trigger cutscene. -
I noticed increased disk activity since i15 release. While i don't blame it on CoX (I didn't have chance to look what is causing such activity, it is very possible some background process on my puter does something. On another hand, I haven't put anything new on my puter), that disc activity causes some game play hicups, like random few second freezes.
Next time I play game, I'll try to run netgraph to see if there is any correlation between disc activity and network. -

Stalker on our run was able to use it. Just to clarify things: it doesn't stop ambushes, it just kills all 5th column NPCs that are currently in Reichsman room. -

We've discovered having a Stalker on the team helps the last mission immensely - they're the only ones that can get into the "kill rooms" without dying, and then trigger the glowies to kill the ambushes.

VEATs get GW clickie, that grants 66% resistance to -end, it is on 2 minutes recharge timer. -

Was running an ITF, and noticed something strange. Put it out of my head for a bit, thinking it was just some miss strings all loading up on my poor butt.
But then I realized something was very wrong. I was herding aggro cap on my DM/Shield and hitting Soul Drain.... and only hitting 3 targets. THREE!
Thankfully, I had a fully charged Analyzer M III, and although I did not get a pic of it, the MINION that I analyzed had 56% defense to everything I could see.
Same with the bosses, LT's....
I don't know whats going on, but it friggin sucked!

Sounds like 1 of 2 things.
1) /sync The old sync issue behaved like that, where any menus/popups appeared only for a second, then went away (which is why the Pocket D teleporter was used to fix it because there was no selection pop up with it).
2) You are in a teleport suppressed area or are getting interupted, but the client isnt recognizing the interuption but the server is rejecting the menu selection because the power didnt really go off according to it.

Doesn't sound like #2: The Power got spent, Supression Icon for that power (30 minutes suppression timer) appears in the buff icon area, it stays there even after zonning or logoff/login. It happens in various areas: AFAIR in Talos, Ouroboro, Boomtown, Nerva, Dark Astoria, etc.
Besides behaviour I stated in OP, it also seems to be suffer from the same interrupts as Mission Transporter from Mac Pack -
I have problem with WW/BM transporter temp power, that is in 20-25% of cases it will show selection window for split of second and close it immediately without allowing me select destination. After that, the power is gone, and I'm still in the same location, where I activated it.
Anyone else experienced that?
Are there workarounds? -

Can someone connect the dots for me? I'm quite in the dark as to how some teams like the one above knock over Reichsman like he was made of Kleenex, and others pound on him and eventually give up in frustration. This team had a MM, but people are asserting the MM temp power is borked, so that shouldn't have made the diff. Did this team have a huge amount of debuffs? Did you simply have enough damage and -Res to pound Reichsman before he could phase or hit Unstoppable?

What I have noticed, that Reichsman wouldn't recover much of his HP during Phase or Unbreakable. I don't know why...
He went into his last Phase at about 25%HP, when he came out of this, he had maybe 30-35%...

Unless you bought new ones, but that just would lead to buying and reselling the same ones again. No profit that I can see.

Whole SF will be done much faster as soon as people become familiar with routine.

Not that either are taken much these days, and my first comment would be to 'fix' those to be more 'worthwhile' (such as not being outlevelled) before adding more special rewards.

Hess gives a unique unlockable emote (dice7)
Various others give temp powers as part of their story progress (Moonfire, Temple of the Waters)

[/ QUOTE ]Actually, the picture Nev put up is about as good a description as you can get for Lost of your level. The homeless guys in the shot are the Lost Minions, the bug guy with the TV head are the Lieutenants, and the monstrosity on the soapbox is what the bosses look like.
Minions and LTs mostly use pistols, shotguns and the like, with a few of the lieuts packing huge glowing swords. The bosses have a bunch of Psi powers, controls and blasts, so watch yourself if you don't have Break Free's or a mez protection power.
