COMBINED
Macintosh Client
- Fixed a mouse cursor issue that affected Macintosh users who had the Intel GMA x3100 video card.
- The “Enter” key on the Macintosh Number keypad will no longer have the same functionality as the “Return” key on the keyboard.
Mission Architect
- Arcs using high level bosses from villain groups with non-continuous level ranges (The Family, Banished Pantheon, etc), were being incorrectly detected as invalid when characters tried to enter the mission door, after the mission was accepted. These arcs are now playable again.
Powers
General
- Fixed a bug where some powers (i.e. Healing Aura, Warmth) would occasionally root a character in place when the power was activated.
- Walk Power - All characters will now have access to a new inherent power -- Walk! This toggle power enables characters to move at a comfortable walking pace.
- The “Walk” power is an Inherent toggle power given to all characters at Level 2 (like Sprint).
- Please Note that powers or jumping (i.e. pressing the Space Bar) cannot be used while walking.
- This power is not intended for use in combat.
- The Shivan Shard temp power now works correctly while exemplared. Previously, the summoning animation would play and a charge would be consumed, but nothing would be summoned.
Tailor
- All references to ‘Talsorian’ in the game have been changed to ‘Vanguard’. Any character that currently uses any of these costume pieces or custom weapons will be required to change them when they make any changes at the Tailor/Facemaker. (Please Note that we will be granting a Costume token to players with the publish of this build on the Live servers).
Tasks
- Fixed a bug where Task / Strike Forces with a Level range that includes Level 50 (in the TF/SF range) spawn at one level below the team’s level.

Tasks
- Midnighter Club: Mercedes Sheldon’s story arc Crown of Glory was not giving out a story arc completion reward upon speaking to the contact. This has been fixed and the appropriate reward is now issued by the contact at story arc completion.

Greetings Players,
I have taken on the task of updating our fansite kits and would love to get some input from you. I'm thinking along the lines of banner graphics, buttons, iconic images for archetypes, badges, wallpapers, audio tracks, forum avatars, concept art etc...
What types of things would you like to see added to the fansite kits?
**Please understand that our resources are limited because everyone is working so hard on Going Rogue, however any specific suggestions which do not get used at this time may be reconsidered later.

Arenas
- Players entering an Arena event from their base would appear in empty space upon leaving the event. This has been fixed.
Flashback
- Critters in Flashback missions will once again spawn at the correct level.
Global Chat
- Using the right-click menu to remove a global friend works again.
Tasks
- Fixed a bug that was causing many hostage mission maps to crash, making it impossible to enter those maps and complete those missions.

COMBINED
Arenas
- If any player in an Arena queue is attacked during the arena countdown period, the match will not start. A message will be sent to all participants with the name of the character that prevented the match from starting.
Gameplay
- Super Sidekicking: Exemplared characters (below Level 50) will now receive a notice when they increase in level.
Global Chat
- Fixed a bug that would prevent another player from being added to your Global Friends list if the invitation was sent while both characters were in the same zone.
Halloween Event
- Increased the frequency of Zombie Apocalypse and Deadly Apocalypse events.
- Fixed a bug that was sometimes causing the Greater Aspect to spawn in inaccessible locations in some zones (Founder’s Falls, Faultline, Cap au Diable)
- Fix to Halloween choice table allowing you to take an inspiration even though your inspiration inventory is full.
- Implemented code to prevent an edge-case map crash that occasionally occurs during the Deadly Apocalypse Event.
Merit Rewards
- To avoid inconsistencies, merits are now awarded at the moment the final objective of a mission is completed instead of the moment the leader exits the mission map
Mission Architect
- Fixed a bug that could cause freeing captives in timed architect missions to cause the mission to immediately fail.
- Snaptooth is now available for use in the Mission Architect.

Greetings Players,
We are noticing a lot of abuse using the Reputation Comments option when leaving negative rep for other players. This is simply unacceptable. If you want to leave your fellow posters comments please understand that these comments are also covered in the Rules and Guidelines.
From now on those that are found to be abusive will have their Reputation reset to "0" (zero) making your rep power have little to no value and we will also be taking action against your forum posting account.
The Rep system is nothing more than a forum game and a way for you to have fun with each other. It was not left turned on to allow players an anonymous way to abuse, troll and attack other players.
Please review the Rules and Guidelines and think twice before posting those comments in the future.

Let's see, mine would be my first day in CoH Beta I decided to wander around and "explore". Saw a tunnel and thought ohhh cool I will head this way (at level 6). Ended up in Skyway and proceeded to "Hover" for a bit to check things out only to get turned around and lost.
Long story short...
Couldn't figure out how to get back to Atlas and had to call a friend via phone to ask her to log in and TP me out of trouble because I couldn't figure out how to get into the train station. There was a large group of players on top the train station however, I was far to embarrassed to ask them how to get into the train station. *hangs head in shame*
2nd Story -
Same friend came up with a brilliant idea when fighting CoT's on the roof tops in KR. If I fell off the roof, she could TP me before I.... SPLAT...

Gameplay
- Fixed a rare bug that prevented a few characters from being able to successfully log in to the game.
- (German Client only) Players who access the Help window through the Menu or through /help command will no longer have a client-side crash.
- Five new maps added. Each can be found under the following categories under unique

General
- Invulnerability (all Archetypes): Invincibility will now play the activation sound only when the toggle is first turned on.
- Willpower/Resurgence: Fixed a bug that would cause this powers animation to play multiple times.
- (The Day Job) Base Teleporter power earned from logging out near a base portal will now correctly disable when the No Travel Powers challenge setting is selected.
- Fixed the frost effects in Ice Blasts Aim to stop growing at a specified size. The customized power should now match the default version.
- Restored the sound FX for customized versions of Psychic Shockwave.
- Controller - Kinetics - Transference effects should now tint properly.
- Controller - Kinetics - Siphon Power effects should now tint properly.
- Controller - Kinetics - Fulcrum Shift effects should now tint properly.
- Fx in PVP only now works correctly on all multiple Invulnerability powers.

- Devices - Targeting Drone: Activating this power with a bow in hand should no longer play the Snap Shot animation.
- Shield Defense - Shield Charge: Modified this powers damage to have it correctly be multiplied by the Scrapper damage modifier. The end result is a large increase in damage to this power.
- Shield Defense - Shield Charge: Modified this powers damage to have it correctly be multiplied by the Tanker damage modifier. The end result is a very slight increase in damage to this power.
- Fixed a bug that caused the Justin Augustine Task Force to award 24 Reward Merits instead of 42 Reward Merits.
- Brickstown
- Fixed an issue where heroes were assigned missions at the Architect Entertainment building.
- Founders Falls
City of Villains:- Fixed an issue where heroes were assigned missions at the Architect Entertainment building.
Badges
- The Master of Reichsmans Strike Force badge should correctly award to players that complete this Strike Force without being defeated and do not use temporary powers.
- Family Marcone Bosses will now count towards the Untouchable badge.

- Invulnerability Invincibility: Fixed a bug that caused the start Sound Effects for this power to play repeatedly.
- Robotics Protector Bots : Summoning a non-combat pet will no longer prevent Protector Bots from buffing properly.
