We all know that this TF is quick to complete if you avoid defeating Mary 10 times in the first mish (which takes 20-30 mins to clear generally). The rumour on the grapevine is that they will be fixing this loophole with i10, so before they do, I'm proposing to have 2 runs on Thursday. One at 7.00pm, and another straight after, hopefully to start at 7.30-7.45pm BST.

Remember that if you want a recipe on both runs, then you will need 2 alts above lvl 30. Sign up below!

Update halfway, I started 18.52 GMT+1 (close to 6pm BST). Currently going for the last 3 missions, actually it isn't that hard as I expected to be. Big help is the temp base powers, end-recov, +recharge, minor-stealth and runspeed. Saves a lot on ghosting

Doing it btw with a stone/SS tanker (rooted ftw)

Edit: and I'm done EB at the end was kinda tricky, Psi dmg and did 3 times confuse on me... recipe was kinda stupid, the call of the sandman acc/slp/rech, but after all I did it for the badge

Not including going back and forth to Positron and the going to "contacts" missions, I actually completed it in 2hrs 31mins 48secs. All done solo except last mission that I duo'd with "Block of" as he wanted to get the badge too.

I gained a total of 18,782 influence, 10,314 prestige, 40 pieces of invention salvage (34 common/6 uncommon), 90 small inspirations, 7 base salvage, and 10 recipes (5 common/4 uncommon/1 rare). Can't remember what end one was now??

I was defeated on 3 occasions, 2 against CoT bosses who mezzed me badly (as couldn't use integration on my scrapper) and 1 defeat at the start of the last mission, when I tried to solo a grp of 15, which hurt badly.

Still think Positron TF needs to be reworked, or moved to a higher lvl range...as it's bit longwinded.

Thanks everyone for an enjoyable 2 runs, except Dark_Blasphemy on the 2nd attempt, for details I won't go into here. Thanks also to Pinksucks for standing in for Leonhart, who was a tad too late for the first run.

Would like to make this a regular thing if anyone's interested...?

Just to let Aero and Defcon Kid know, the fast run doesn't take into account any defeats of Mary, as we will be skipping the first mission completely.

We could do the full 10 defeats of Mary on the 2nd run, but everyone has to agree to it, plus it will take an extra 20-30 minutes to complete, most likely.

I'm pretty certain that I have the contact unlocked on both my alts, but can't check as at work at present, but just in case...has anyone else completed the Croatoa Story Arcs too?

Generally suggests the majority, and plenty means more than a few. I would say that 60-70% (approx) of the populus are teenage boys/men. And that 90%+ of the populus are boys/men in general. I'd like to think that there are a lot of "old timers" out there and many "girls/women" too. These are not "hard" facts though, just my impression from people I've teamed with.

Looking to do the Katie TF in Croatoa, anyone interested most be lvl 30+. This will be the fast run through, so will not be defeating Mary 1 time, let alone 10. The last mission will also mean not fighting through mobs, but pulling Katie's Spirit to the exit asap. If all goes well, generally can do this in 30-45 mins...and you'll get at least 1 rare recipe from it!

Hoping to do 2 runs within 90 mins, Anyone that wants to do 1 or both runs, please put your names down. Bear in mind, that you need two seperate alts to do both runs as you can only get 1 recipe reward per alt, every 3 hours!
