    I think he means IO set bonuses for +regen, not for +HP, I could be wrong though, who cares, regens are dull and boring to play anyway.

                              There are ome powers I never used myself, so I tried to keep them on regular IO slotting, but probably they are not at its best, someone more versed in blasters than me could give you better advice, I only tried to put together a few sets that enhance your regen, your acc and your dmg

    I will try to take a look when I get home so I can import your build to Mid's. It would be helpful to know which are your priorities, if you are looking mainly for +regen or +recovery, then certain sets will be more appropriate and if you are looking for (let's say) +acc and +rchg other sets will be in order...
  4. For a pure PvE build, most ppl would go for 3 rchgrdx. It is difficult to give advice without seeing the whole build. I have it slotted with 5 Luck of the Gambler IO's, all of them except the "Defense" one.

    5 enhancements from the Red Fortune Set (again, all them except the "Defense" one) are also a good option since its bonuses include +5% rchg rate and some +dmg (I think 2.5% dmgbuff). If you go for the whole 6 enhcs from red Fortune set, you'll also get some ranged defense on the 6th one iirc.

    For PvP, on regular IO's, you probably want 3xrchgrdx and 3xdefbuff

  7. Ok, thx for advice, I'll see to have EMP pulse and Freezing Touch (I take this is the 2nd hold), prolly will get rid of Medicine Pool since it's intended for PvE.

    The 6 slots in Build Up and Aim were intended for a full set but I'll see to re-arrange slots a bit. I was going for Leadership pool in an attempt not being the 1st team faceplanter so I can get the Vengeance buff, but then EMP pulse makes obviously more sense since Vengeance gives me a better chance to dive in melee and fire it.
    Prolly Air Superiority will also be more convenient than CJ for extra dmg mitigation.-

    All Scrapper STF

    Easy please, easy. It is true I said I can only do this at weekends or Xmas day itself since I have no Xmas Holidays (unfortunately for me). I also said if I am the only person who can't do this on a scheduled date, go ahead with it and then tell me all about it (in fact I said if you guys try this without me, better be successful or I'll pester you all forever about how much you needed me in the TF ).

    So far we've been here for quite some time being interested on this, the proof is that we are still wondering when/if it can be done. I think Cynic and Maelwys are right, instead of bombarding Shannon with individual PM's, perhaps a date can be scheduled and then we see who can and who can't and if new ppl signs for it, then have plenty of time to find out of their motivations, committment to the task, etc..

    Just out of curiosity, with Focused Accuracy + Tactics + Focused Senses + perc IO, how far would he see a stalker on stealth cap?
  13. Focused Accuracy + Tactics + Focused Senses will take you to perception cap, meaning you can see a stalker on Stealth cap when he's less than 10 ft from you (anybody please correct me if I am wrong).
    Now there are +perception IO's, so not sure how many of them could cover for not having Tactics or FA, however, you can't kill what you can't see, perhaps Tactics + perception IO's and caltrops to suppress the stalker's super speed / super jump are your best choice.

  16. I like this one more than the original one. Still a bit short on de defense side for my liking, but for some reason I'm kinda obsessed with defense on scrappers. With the irght set bonuses you can boost your defense anyway.
    Hasten will allow ou to avoid the Luck of the Gambler +rchg IO's which are very expensive (around 40 mill per recipe) and vengeance is a clever move since, on tough fights, you normally shouldn't be the first in faceplanting so as soon as the 1st team member is down, you get a great buff which will make you untouchable most of the time. Regarding medicine pool, you might miss the self heal when no green insps at hand, but if you team often with empaths, probably you won't miss it that much.

    I like this build, makes me think about using vengeance in my own scrappers for added buff plus is a challenging build that will make things interesting and a very fun scrapper to play

    Mmmm, not sure of what you mean there, the IO sets are listed on which power I allocated each set, but probably the best thing is to use Mid's Hero Designer, you can import the build there and then do any changes you want. Some of the sets I used are quite expensive, some others are fairly cheap, but in Mid's you can check for other sets with different bonuses in case you prefer them.

I usually wait for buff calls with my scrappers and apply AM with my rad defenders either when entering mish or trying to get the most of the team if in the middle of a fight without calling for it in that case, however, if anybody moves ahead after the buff call, it's his/her choice and I assume my buff is not needed so I go ahead without him/her.
    I particularly hate some defenders calling for buffs while the whole team is in the middle of a fight and actually expect us to leave the foes and gather around them, I have been tempted to do so on more than one occasion and have the aggro following me towards the defender calling the buff so they can realize why we don't gather immediately after their call.
  21. I personally never been fond of medicine pool myself and never had it until recently on my DM/SR scrappers since Siphon Life was enough for me. After almost everybody telling me the about the goodness of Aid Self, I decided to try it, takes a bit to get used it since you have to stop mid fight and click it while I was used to heal while attacking, but I have to say it saved my bacon a few times.

  23. I don't have Hasten on my Kat/Inv and don't miss it at all. I personally don't go for epics on my /SR scrappers, with some sets you should have enough recovery to avoid Conserve power and enough acc bonus to avoid Focused Accuracy.
    Focused Accuracy is not really needed for PvE and will be your major end drainer. I'd definitely go for Medicine Pool, Stimulant / Aid Self will do great. What this build lacks imo is Aid Self.
    I take this is a respec build since Practiced Brawler at 30 seems a bit of a luxury, for me it is one of those powers you need to have as soon as available.

    This is probably the build I'd go for, probably expensive but I like to spend inf on my scrappers:
