I was adviced once on forums by several people just to slot Earthquake with 3xrchg on my Earth/Rad, at the end of the day, while foes are getting knocked down, they aren't going to hit you much and you get enough -def from your radiation powers so I decided to follow the advice and so far it works fine.

Tbh not sure how useful Presence pool might be, had it for a brief time on my Kat/Inv and respecced it out because it's duration was pants. Anyway, on a /WP scrapper you'll have a Rise to the Challenge at lvl 16 which has a taunt component for aggro management and works great.

OK then, if the regular toons for Saturday team are not the ones ppl want to use on DXP, any chance we use others for that weekend? I have a few I wouldn't mind to boost a bit, such as my lvl22 rad/sonic, my lvl16 earth/storm, my lvl6 BS/WP scrapper, my lvl 37 DM/DA scrapper, my lvl 9 fire/elec Blaster or last but not least my lvl 4 (yay) Inv/mace tank

Without questioning the usefulness of Aid Self, I'd go for Tough, at the end of the day WP concept is all about taking damage and pretend it doesn't hurt.

Get a broad sword/regen and cut them in half happily

Not sure how spines goes for PvP being mainly an AoE set, I'd say for PvP secondary either regen or SR for secondaries though.
