It doesn't scream Tank, Controller or Defender. Infact just do it with the remaining ATs and still an Mo is possible.

I'd agree if it wasn't for powers like fort and cm..I prefer empaths that cm other defenders. Other defenders mainly the tank maging ones can perform a bit more competently with than without.

And she also tired of tanks thinking that her job was to use her powers on no one but them.
I don't enjoy playing any of my controller empaths for these reasons.
Primarily I am playing a controller and had the team worked with the control effects they wouldn't need much of the empathy side.

As an empath defender however by the same token I had logged in to play a defender and not a blaster so I don't mind so much having to be support heavy but I do still dislike being on teams that will give then enemies everything they could possibly want from a bunch of newbs. It is nice to find time to blast AoEs.

As an empath I leveled up for quite a few levels with a tanker who was the only person I needed to worry about. If anyone was stupid he'd park his butt on the floor till they got the message and maybe even remove them.

I'd rather a Tank and a intelligent team than a bunch of miscreants who think I can heal through walls. With SOs fort can be comfortably on a minimum of 3 people, with those 3 people, aggro can be split up on them providing they have the highest threat rating. Other people through positioning won't really need healing. If you play tactfully empaths have more than enough and if you don't then they may not. Players that cause teams to predominantly look like heals are needed aren't great.

I do have what I call a pacifist build and a offender build on my empath and am happy playing either. I don't mind annoying people with my pacifist build because not all heroes should be killers so to speak or violent and it is to emphasize that. I also appreciate playing it on teams that aren't used to eachother until they are.
  4. I think they should be one of the first wake up call to team mates. You can't always expect the tanker to have instant aggro control.

Those Clocks don't need to be seen as there to make taunt look like a bad power, they could be seen as there for everyone else to know that sometimes a little bit of consolidation time for the tanker might be a good idea.
  5. The Ice Melee revamp had already happened and imo was good enough. I cldn't care much about DPA when if I attack something I know I am reducing their DPS. It's swings and roundabouts. I am happy as is, happier without having everything.

Anyway, judging from the above, he wouldn't need too many greens (DR and Siphon Life) and a bubbler or cold for DEF might be best.

    Thoughts?
Your Dark/Dark and right now that's, for AV tanking, not ideal. I haven't checked for updates lately but iirc /Dark and /DB lack a decent taunt compared to other sets so yeah not as easy.

Well I did view the problems as other peoples threat levels and LRs perception range. I am going to need someone with tactics within 60ft of me. I don't like the glowing touch route, me on LR, one tohit buffing me from under 60ft and 6 taking down towers.

yeah i gonna make sure that ppl art in nova shooting them pylons from max range and from around the corner to LR. My Antagonize is superslotted but it not ideal still.
  12. I want to tank the STF with a Kheld for Khelds. I am pretty sure I can do it. Just got to get the peeps and we are set to try it.
  13. Days before ED struck I was a bit worried about how things would be but then on the day of ED I Invuln tanked a lvl 52 Neuron for a team and no one was defeated throughout that evening and I have never looked back since. The game did get slightly more challenging but not impossible to play.

There is a bit of a work around with Scirroco, I know from doing an all Scrapper one. Did you do the others at all?
  15. It made me think about it again. Last time I thought about it I couldn't get enough of a team together.

It hasn't been done. I think it definitely can. Union is my first server, okay I left it, but it would be nice to do it.
  16. I'd give myself more flexibility with taunt to be better able to tank to strengths without compromising others. You could of tanked LR for EN damage with your build. EN is what your softcapped to.

I could tell you but then I would be giving away something akin to my left leg. I am european. If it's possible to do it live then you can guess where I'd like to see it done. I don't know if it's been done still (although last time I checked it hadn't). Last time I took an interest I simply took names as in europe finding a willing 8 on one server is even harder and possibly some of them have gone now.

Has it been completed by Khelds or not? I get mixed opinions on it plus would of thought everyone would of heard of it.
