  2. Never being a mind reader all builds are only suggestions, never knowing if a person asking for suggestions will ever return to the thread all builds take between 5 and 10 mins. Never believing other people will do justice to my own builds if they played them I never post my own.

    If you wanted a version that's cheaper, then we could of gone cheaper, however the survivability in all likelihood becomes more based on something else. I personally think I'd do the content with an SO build if I had to so even a pure SO build without a future respec in mind for IOsets is doable.
  3. One of the things that annoy me is that when I am running towards mobs first and I think "Oh I better use Moment of Glory" then "Shazam" I stop for near enough 3 secs and end up running in behind the team.
  4. If you go Ice/Kin/Soul it might be a nice new surprise for you. All that -Dam. Plus I happen to think that Ice is one of the better sets and how anyone can have probs with it is beyond me. Certainly the most exciting off the bat toon I had with which tanking comes so easily.

    Well I didn't think it an off the bat ideal pairing but it can be made good end game. I had aid self, aid self changes alot imo but then I wasn't popping greens and oranges like a good'un.

    I thought it was bang on myself, although that means it might be underpowered to some peoples needs but certainly did not feel over powered at all.
  7. Contrary to what the above poster said I would tank with it. No crystal ball here. It would be easier than tanking with my SR Scrapper or SR Brute, given their capabilities, tanking with an SR tank would just be a non issue.

    Edit: I also play an SR stalker, I really like that one, one of my best concepts but thats concept related, again playing a SR stalker isn't a problem and compared to my other stalkers she does alright.

  11. I'll quickly do a build with SOs or IOs, his choice that could be setted without a respec afterwards, is that okay? So there will be two builds one with SO and then he can buy sets whenever and just put them in without respecing okay?

  13. All that I made on test at a push, although its not new concepts with new powers that I long for, it's new story content that pulls me through playing anything these days.
  14. Yes to both as a Blaster solo, no to both as a MM or as a corrupter/defender when it comes to frequently.
  15. When it comes to further build improvements its a too taste thing. Someone might prefer S/L to be 45%. You could be softcapped to all but Psi as a WP but then that might take power choices you weren't considering..I think given your efforts so far you are perfectly capable of fine tuning. I could tank with it so it alright to me.

  17. This is probably the only Tanker of mine without haste. My main attack chain is Blinding Feint>Attack Vitals>Taunt (taunt because the aura is so bleep) and that'll do.
  18. SRs are kind of fun. I remember fighting high level Malta in the days of just SOs with my scrapper and losing almost my entire life bar in a jiffy, so I went to click Elude. After fighting for my life for about 45s I thought "thank you Elude!" only to find I hadn't actually clicked it like I thought I did. One of them sets where just because you are in the red doesn't make ya soon dead.
    Adding Med Pool to an SO'd SR scrapper gives way more average damage sustainability than a bog standard Invuln Tanker so a SR Tanker with Med Pool is going to do pretty damn well for almost all of the entire game.
  19. They should make AS interruptable in PvP only. In PvE the game needs to be a bit more dynamic for stalkers, their purpose in team a bit less frustrating for the stalker.

    I spent my token 5 mins doing alternatives, what you want to do is down to you. You could either see something in a power that I've changed or not.

    I said that? What I mean't was that slotting for Fire/Cold Def or Toxic res bonuses aren't that necessary as a lot of those attacks come with Smash or Lethal component so you would have defense against alot of them anyway.

    I will say that without more stealth Time Bombs usefulness is possibly halved at best, you've said get rid or Time Bomb altogether but it could be added to the method I've quoted when slightly less fight duration is required.
