Nice Crabmastermind!
I would of end reduxed long fang instead of second end slot assault, 2 doctored wounds in serum instead of the basic IOs but other than that it looks pretty good. Anything else is just mileage.
Defensively see how you can tweak it, your defense to positions is almost the same as damage types and in most cases one is needed in a calculation. Is it worth tipping the balance to whichever is easily had more of.
Its like when solo your tanking for your pets XD

I can only assume The Phantoms comments were a joke without knowing of any reason why they shouldn't be ie seeing any previous conflicts.
I try to assume the good in people right up until they directly use insults that can't even be taken a different way.
After one person has offered insight on how someone is perceived I don't quite get why more people add themselves with nothing new.
Golden Girl is quite possibly, a tank in disguise. Someone could sling every insult at her only to get "" in her reply. I admire that.

I like enough in situational attack chains, a bit like one pair of shoes for clubbing, one for college and one for work. Its more fun. Also some people like to survive passively. I much rather do it pro-actively which means cutting a fight duration down with any group to a minimum with right movement, attack choice or control. 1 second out and I could be a gonna. (Surprisingly, unlike most peoples tanks mine traffic light well.)

Did you actually read the OP? I've done that already. Builds done for all secondaries, with Perma-Hasten. I'm just asking how they actually play paired with Kin since that's not deducable via number-crunching.

I expect figures to change over time with regards to the cast times. I'd prefer a quick set but it wouldn't surprise me if some of the slower sets got faster.
As a defender I find damage poo, if anyones gonna get lost in an attack chain then they shouldn't roll one and so with that, given a choice of throwing out an attack during all the buffing and debuffing I'd throw out an AoE. What can't be done to a single target can be done to a group at least.
Id get hover, assault and tactics, power mastery on a kin an all thinking of large teams against serious enemies. I'd want to ramp up my buffs over time with haste and not miss with a acc check of a power. So looking at all the power pools I'd stack on a Kin, due to a nice aoe in which to def debuff I would of probably of gone Rad.
In game I went ("Kinetic energy - energy blast = kerching thats a concept!)
To solo and pug team I would probably pick up Ice. To solo and not pug team then I'd choose sonic. Ice for its tools against nightmare players really.
Archery never. By the time you go thru the animation of RoA nothing is left. -

I did a quick change to a kept basic build based on your idea of a pure crab with no pets, tp self and tp foe.
Slots are empty and are at basic minimum slots I'd allow so spare slots to go anywhere.
I didnt fancy Frag grenade without a WAWG and that would of meant a webmaster build.

PvP needs work in this game and its no secret.
Inbalances exist that some matches may as well of been fixed. Pretenders may rise to a throne.
I don't like people telling other people what I think when they can't possibly know. Often no matter how you word things people will read into it "their way" or assign a personality to you that doesn't exist.
Edit: I will like to point out that there are some very good PvPers who treat it as a science, are very warm to new people, leave their egos outside of their characters, aren't irrational and act in a mature manner when PvPing. More people like them should get more people in PvP.
Edit No 2: To be fair I habitually troll PvPers, should my tank be in a PvP zone I would rather her to not have to use taunt at all...thanks

Its a sort of mix between Wolf Spider and Crab Spider with what your going for. Situationally against a single target and group, melee or range I think maybe you might have one attack too many - maybe.
I went to paragon wiki and came up with one webmaster crab and one longfang crab build and that was it for me - theme! -

You 'might' of got help.
It is better to produce a build or have done some research before asking and if you done well on that, you wouldn't need to ask.
No one likes saying the same bleep on a different day to different people too lazy to search or come up with their own build after an hour and only have the person looking for help go "Oh I changed my mind I am going to be Stone/Ice now."
Your definitely unlikely to get told everything anyone can tell you just so you also have something to FOFO with.
Stone Melee attacks do the same DPE as most any attack in any other Tanker secondary. You only use them faster, a quicker attack chain, I have been saying this for years, its not something people should be warned about, and as Arcanaville put it recently "Killing faster isn't something you should be complaining about". The end heavyness is balls. Your end rec over an attack chain will normally be less than most other tanker secondaries but your recharge times compensate for that and WPs QR is very good to have with the faster sets. -

Truth be known I really had fun with the Sirens Call event when it was completely filled and the zone was played for. With PvE characters you could see someone get ganked and throw in those AoEs or use NPCs instrumentally.
I enjoy playing for the zones as intended but its not easy to get it filled enough so that each side is equally maxxed and we can all feel like in some way, come whatever way, no matter how we do, contributed to a bigger picture.
World Server PvP would be the best thing imo, along with ironing out the balance flaws. -

Firstly lets give your build plan 4 of the main accolades:
end rec is 3.14 eps
end drain is 1.93 eps
55 secs to full.
55(3.14-1.93) = 66.55 end points after 55 secs which is 33 less than 100.
77 secs from 110 - 0
77(3.14-1.93)= 1.21
Your attack chain would need to be staggered given that the lowest end per cast time of air sup for example is roughly 3 eps.
Build and ingame don't seem to equal.
going the other way:
110/77 = difference between ers and eps
= 1.43
You have to have a bit of a broken chain given lowest end per cast of any attack maybe 3 eps with energy melee.
Shame Mids don't have an attack chain planner.
Maybe its me, its 2 am and I have been up 18 hours. -

Lol, no that's not what I meant play with it, I meant take the time to move slots about for ya, but I think its just as good/better if you can take a deeper look at what each slot brings for yourself if you wanted.
Btw that was meant to be a PM, I must of clicked back to a reply which was what I was first gonna go with XD.
Lets say that you have 1 eps in recovery and your attack chain is an average of 4 eps then it'll take you say 20 secs to 0 end and then 100 secs to recover it (ldrship toggles on). I myself go into the Vanguard place and unleash hell on a Rikti dummy and see the time to 0 end and time to total end. Personally I like at least 1,7 eps between end rec and end drain and still 2-3 rechgd hastened conserve energy. -
Your build looked like it was paying in endurance for decimal places of resistance bonuses. Also I take it you don't use Barrage? I don't know if you'd be interested in me playing with it but when I see resistance of 61.48% (Pre ED 96.5%) I think 'how much difference in resistance is there between 61.48% and 57.65%?' If it is small, then I wonder 'is a slot better elsewhere?' Sometimes survivability comes from spending less time versus something or having the endurance to produce more attack chains or land that key disorient. Looking at the end rec to end drain and the gap is pretty small and an impact on your attack chains to an end bar and then should you leave toggles running between fights, an impact against recovery, but I don't think it needs to be so bad without changing powers or much in the way of slotting.
AoEs tend to be what needs to hit the minions and don't need to be as accurate as the STs, the STs can be used to smack the tohit or acc debuffers and then better allow your AoEs to hit let alone deal with bosses and so can afford to be made less end costly.
Thinking of what I said in my first paragraph I don't know if you would want to take away the extra 0.3%s in actual resistance for the sake of more dam per end or more of an attack chain or more end recovery but I'd recommend looking at what each slot actually does and trying to get the right balance.
Combat Numbers.
I don't know if you know but you can have a small permanent window up. I have been testing my Firetank swamped in CoT and have had my last chance to hit down 7.75% - so swamped XD. Firetanks without taunt in such a circumstance would do little to help a team but even with taunt, I now have to balance that up more.
