Besides, who ever said the Kheldians weren't extra/inter-dimensional? -
I have a few theories on how Kheldians came here without a host
1) They travel at light speed, since they're basically made up of light. And being made of light they would probably be able to travel at light speed. I know, it's rocket science, I'm sorry.
2) If the Kheldian planet/rock of residence is close to the Rikti planet, they may have piggy-backed on the Rikti ships and hopped off once they entered orbit and traveled down on their own.
3) If the Nictus have Shadow Cyst Crystals, you'd imagine the Kheldians have a sort of "Light Crystal" that they can use like the Nictus.
4) A hundred or so brave Kheldians may have sacrificed themselves to create these "Light Crystals" on certain planets throughout the galaxy/universe to patrol for Nictus activity.
Sure, kind of lame, but hey, it's not like we actually know how they got here -

I'd like to say that Temp Invul + Tough is the best way (IMO) to get S/L Resistance near the cap; my Kin/Rad/Power is rocking 72.46% Res and can take quite a punch against those Cimerorians.

I actually managed to achieve the soft cap without using *ultra*expensive IOs. Only uses Steadfast Protection: Resistance/Defense +3% in Tough.
Only gripe is the lack of Quickness, although you could replace CP with Quickness and just carry blues.

On the build in Mids, it shows 47.2%, but actual is 46.025% because Stealth suppresses by half.
Math: 2.35/2 = 1.175 and 47.2 - 2.35 + 1.175 (or 47.2 -1.175) = [u]46.025% to all[u] -

6. FORCE BUBBLE: Make it the same radius as Dispersion as its frankly too big as it is. This change alone would make it much easier to use. Adding some defense to the defender would be nice too since otherwise you pretty much have to pair it with a purple if you are trying to save the team from anything thats actually threatening. But I honestly could live with just making it smaller as this would make it a more precise tool, less likely to cause unwanted aggro, and less likely to knock things out of attack range if you do not have a corner handy.
