    I'm glad we won but I prefer it when the single pulls work rather then epic slugfest when it is a Master Run. Keeps the blood pressure down

    Rest assured that unless there was a recent change with ish 15 (which I doubt) that if you put that proc into ANY end draining attack you will be giving stamina back to the enemy.

    Quick Recovery, Stamina, and Kheldian transform powers are where it goes. QR and Stamina are always on and the Proc will check at regular intervals for the chance to bestow 10 stamina to your toon. If you have QR+Stamina, put one in each and enjoy. Kheldian Transformation powers are on until turned off so the proc will always run while you are transformed. If you are a Tripleform Kheldian and you took the Fitness/Stamina power then you can have a Proc in Nova, Dwarf and Human Mode. Only one proc will work in any form, but that's fine.

    Last time I tested on TEST server with one of my electric brutes, Lighting Field would give stamina back to the enemies and Power Sink also gave stamina back to the enemies. So unless there was a change to the proc that I missed do NOT install it in Powersink or Lightning Field. Note: my last Test server check of the proc was a long while back but I've read of NO changes to the proc.
  4. It was a couple issues back. Invul still has the psi hole (rassafrassin.....) but it is stronger then it was.

    WP has no Psihole, offers Quick Recovery which if combined with Stamina means "what stamina problems"? and is overall a great armor set.

    1. Can I skip any of the ST attacks in Mace? Seems like Jawbreaker and shatter are pretty similar, with new Clobber being useful.

    2. How viable is Shields without any IO support? I was planning on taking the team powers (mostly because I like teaming and for the DEF debuff resistance), maybe tough and weave, but I don't want to have like 9 toggles to even live through a full spawn. Got that on my fire scrapper, thanks.

    3. What kind of helpful tips/tactics have people found for shields?

    4. How cool are the customizable maces? Especially with the new costumes I've seen that have been released lately.

    1. Haven't made a mace user so I can't recommend powers

    2. While you could use SO or standard IO, you will want to slot up some stamina recovery as Shield can be a drain.

    3. Many shield toons I see are Electric Melee so they can have Lightning Rod plus Shield Charge, or Super Strength for Shield Charge+Footstomp. Also you are not Captain America, and you and your mighty shield are not invincible, shield is a nice set, but it is not at the same durability level as Stone, Invul, WP. Its a cool set with cool abilities and its better then energy armor.

    4. Paragonwiki.com has pics of the maces and shields. Many nifty items to be had if you can unlock em.

Wait for &amp; clear the ambushes (3?) after kidnapping the scientist (you may need to move him to the door to get the ambushes to spawn. Clear the left side to Crimson - Pets on passive to avoid Hero agro until we are set.[*] Second Mission: In the water to the Khronos Titan. Clear around the nearby mobs &amp; take out the Titan. Clear the mob in front of the door. Stealth &amp; TP to the end area if possible, if not stick together &amp; clear. Clear the two areas before opening up the door.     I'm sure it's been suggested before, but perhaps a PvP dedicated server should be setup. Have all the PvP Zones in it, with Warburg still being the "free fire no one is safe" zone, remove all the diminishing returns stuff and also have it set so that IO set bonuses don't count. Just normal IO/SO would be needed. Offer players ONE free transfer to that server for a PvP toon of their choice, future transfers either on or off the server would entail the usual fee.

    Also, no I don't count TEST server as a "Dedicated PVP server" that is the TEST server and is subject to going down anytime for patches, updates, etc.

    Just setup a dedicated PvP server and update it as needed to accomodate any adjustments to powers that occur.
  9. If you are referring to Stone Armor, I go for the sets that an augment recharge as well as mobility so that my Stone Armor Brutes and Stone Tank are not symbiotically joined to a kin.

    Although I tend to agree with your sentiment here, to be the Dev(il)'s Advocate here... I should point out that (unless the power is already off) - The TP Beacon for Port Oakes drops you - like 20 ft' from the door of the building with the Villain SG Registrar...

    And, Hero-side you can take the Yellow Line Tram to Galaxy City and get to the Registrar there fairly quick. If you have a reasonably fast travel power, it's just a couple of SuperJump bounces or a few secs or so of SuperSpeed running away from the Tram... *shrug*

    It is beatable...if you have bubbler that has Force Bubble. We could have actually attempted a MoSTF that run it went so smoothly (two deaths...both completely random). It was even tanked by an Ice Armor tank (the bubbles helped with that one too). I actually don't know if they managed to heal any of the towers...

    But, yeah, it should be fixed. Force Bubble shouldn't be necessary for...anything really.

    Power of Black Scorpion (Mastermind Version) now has the correct targeting information and help text. It also now works correctly when used on Reichsman. This power prevents Reichsman from using his Unbreakable power. If it is used while Reichsman is Unbreakable, it will prevent Reichsman from using it again.

    Correct. I haven't actually tested this, but based on other observations I suspect that you only need at least one person on each team. The only way (I know of) to do this is to get two of the same AT since the arena starts filling up the roster from top to bottom (So to get someone on each team you need two with the same AT so that the second of the AT has to be put on the second team). But as long as you have those two, you can probably fill up the rest of the roster as much/little as you want. 5 against 1, for example, should work.

    1 vs 1 will work. I also expect 5 vs 1, or 3 vs 2, etc. will work. So if you have a bunch of people who want the badge, you probably don't need find a matching AT for all of them, but rather just a matching AT for one of them.

    2 of the same type can get the Pentad/Septad badge on Blueside, however it appears bugged for redside.

    Also the two do not need to be the same level and you don't need any other arena settings.

    LOTG 7.5 rechargers have always been seperate from set bonuses that offer 7.5 as a set bonus. I can't see them changing that, especially without any forewarning as it would be a rather huge IO nerf.
