- Each team should split up with 2 people at each banner to kill mobs - this get the blue bar moving pretty fast.
- As soon as the bar is blue, attack the banners - forget the mobs.
- When a banner drops, everyone on that banner should split out to whatever banners are still up.
- After the last banner falls - search & destroy on the greater aspect.
With luck, one Banner event can get you all the badges, if not then expect to need to run through a 2nd or third time. -

In the spirit of the Empath thread going on, how many here have obtained the IMMORTAL badge with the ish 16 changes, either upon log in after ish 16 launch or sometime after?
6 alts of mine dinged immortal and another is closing in on the badge.
How's about all of you?
Also please note: I don't care how you got all that damage accumulated on your characters, by play or by AFK, so lets not go into the "evils" of AFK farming. -
Count me in on this as well: Fire-Kin for Blueside, assorted alts for Red.

Green Bay was clearly out to the teach the Lions how to play football as everything the Lions did wrong, Green Bay would do right: example: Lions do a weak screen play and GB gets the ball then GB does their own screen play which works.....also Green Bay was bound and determined to make sure the Lions were humiliated via a shut out. Go Green Bay! -

Plus Zookeeper is still 1000 rikti monkies, Skulls are 500, etc.
The badge reductions aren't bad, imo, and the EPICS had to come down.
As for things to do, I might start setting up a twice a week DR Q. TF. A bit lengthy but that translates to nice influence payout and of course over 100 merits..... or else a twice weekly LGTF since that can be Co-op. -
Also by putting the account on hold that can also stop the Vet clock. The Vet clock goes by active subscription time, shut the account down and return and the clock resumes where it was.

Well what burned a few people was that they announced they couldn't/wouldn't fix it during the event last year. I was on the first halloween test this year, missed the second one, but ToT testing showed Spirits were spawning at a better rate.

Heroside, the best zone for Eochai/Jack killing is Brickstown - small zone with an easy circuit. I think Sharkshead is best villainside.

The new stuff is a timed event like the Zombie Invasions, it is called the Deadly Apocalypse. When it's announced, set your map to display SPECIAL locations only and then look for the 4 spots that appear on it. Team heads to one of them, we have to take down monsters until the Banners fully materialize. Take down a Banner; get a badge. Take down another Banner; get a different badge. All 4 Banners go down within the time limit and the "Mystic Aspect" spawns, which takes the form of a random giant monster. Kill it for another badge, plus a reward menu appears. All 4 banner badges plus mystic aspect badge = new accolade badge.
Trick or Treat is the same, albeit the Spirit spawn rate should be fixed from last year, Eochai and Jack are still around and the Zombie Invasions occur. -

After yesterdays email about the upcoming Halloween event, I've decided to run a couple of nights next week to let us all get together and enjoy the special events!
The plan:
Tuesday October 20th 8pm-midnight Eastern : Hero Side
Thursday October 22nd 8pm-midnight Eastern : Villain Side
I figure we can get some teams going at 8pm each night, and then as people want to come and go they can. This will also let us switch out toons for anyone who wants badges on multiple toons. I've already got some interest from friends off Facebook, so I figure we can easily get 2-3 teams going.
For Hero Side lets start out in Galaxy (low crowds) in front of BaB's. On Villain Side (Thursday) lets start in Port Oakes near the black market.
Now I know they have a new event this year, so I'm sure most people want to try that out. Plus there will be zombie invasions. Do we know yet if Jack and Pumpkin head are still around as well? Plus we can trick or treat if we get really bored (but clean up your messes!).
Sound like fun? We can use the combined teams to help with the major zone events. The Freedom TF Chat channel will be good to use to call out for teams if you show up later in the night. -

Well I suspect that GM's would only be available for certain outdoor maps. Still it would be nice to have the ability to have:

Babbage (though I think i saw him available already)

Adamaster (already avail as I recall)
Eochai

Kronos Titan
All available to insert into a story arc. It would be even better if they made an exception to the badge rules for AE and allowed GM badges to be awarded for defeating them, but I doubt they would go that far, but that's ok.
Ghost Ship and Lusca could be left out given that Ghost Ship is actually rather harmless despite its vast size and Lusca given its size also. -

On the new badge toon:
It took less than a day to get all the Exploration/History Badges.
It took less than a week to get all the Ouro and Invention Badges. Simply craft and sell/bid inbetween arcs. The cost was minimal. I actually ended up richer by the time I was done.
It only took a couple days to get all the PvP badges, including the Blue Ink Man and other badges you get only from PvP zones as well as the 400 rep badge. I'm only missing a few more Pillboxes in RV. I have the AVs already as well.
After only 2 nights of Heal-farming while I'm asleep and at work, I'm already at almost 7 Million. I should easily have Empath by this time tomorrow. It really puts to shame the work I spent getting Empath on my original badge hunter. (1 Billion FTL. lol)
All I've got left after less than a month of even trying are the Events that are coming up, a few random defeat badges which shouldn't take long, Damage farming, and then finish off Leader as well.. which is only a handful of TFs away for that toon... (which is actually closer than my main badge hunter is to Leader, lol).
So then what after that? Do I make a Third one? I dunno. I guess I'll see when I get there. I'll be making another post in the "600" thread for my next toon shortly I'm sure. She's at 561 currently. lol -

I did it.
I went out and ground through the last 75M to Leader. On both sides.
And thats it.
Just Power Liberator (which you cant get now) and Day Jobs (badging without playing) for my hero. At least my villian has 2 Mo's left to get (MoITF and MoBSF).

What do you do when you get brass ring? I know the new halloween badges are coming, but still... there's nothing left now.

1. Relax, you made it!
2. Start another badge hunter. -
Ah sweet. The only thing that would be better is if we had access to any and all of teh Giant Monsters to put into missions

Silly question Golden: Have you perhaps PM'd this idea to Synapse since he seems to be the one in charge of badges these days to see if it could be renamed on the basis that you have provided?
